Beautiful Cabarete House with Pool/3 min walk to beach in Cabarete at Millenium

A location that just can’t be beat is the best way to describe our house. A newly built villa that's located just 30 min from Puerto Plata International Airport within the gated property of Millenium Resort and Spa. Transport to the Villa can be arranged for your arrival and departure. Once there, it is a short 3 min walk(280 steps to be exact) to the beach where the water sports for which Cabarete is known are taking place. Walk another 1/2 km down the beach and you are in the heart of the small town Cabarete where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to entertain you day and night. You can skip the rental car because almost everything you need is within walking distance to the Villa. Vagamundo Coffee and Waffles for breakfast, Mambo fish tacos for lunch at Gorditos and Yalla for late afternoon tapas and cocktails at the Millenium pool. All of this and more is located with in a very tight radius of the villa. Feeling a little adventurous? Walk a little farther into town to El Callejón for a great selection of local fare. Don’t feel like eating out? La Rosa Supermercado is located across the main road from the Villa. It’s a small, but very effective, locally owned grocery store with all the basics necessities you could ask for. They also carry a decent selection of liquor, beer and wine.

The Villa’s location is ideal for wind sports as the primary launch for Playa Cabarete is the same beach access mentioned above from the villa. LEK school offers kite lessons and rental gear onsite if you are new to the sport or didn’t bring gear.

Got kids? Tag team watching the kids from the Millenium Pool while taking turns out on the water.

Here for the surf? Playa Encuentro, the premier surf spot in the DR, is a 10 min taxi ride away. Surf in the morning, kite in the afternoon.

Additionally, you’ll have full access to the Millenium Resort with a beach side infinity pool, Andari Spa, a small indoor gym, and Yalla Tapas and cocktails.
