Gîte De L'audonnière: Holiday Home with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Cabariot, this 330 m² house welcomes up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (shower and sink). Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with both pod and filter coffee makers, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Families will find a baby bed with safety outlets nearby, a high chair, changing table, and child-friendly furniture.



Outside, relax in your private garden with a secure pool (fence and cover), garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. The pool is not heated. Children can enjoy the slide and swing. Upstairs is secured with a safety gate for peace of mind. A private, uncovered terrace is also available.



The property offers 7 shared parking spaces and communal facilities: playground, ping-pong table, and pool table. Events are not permitted. Video and audio recording devices are installed in shared areas, including the living and lounge rooms.



The ground floor (kitchen, entrance, billiard room, TV area, laundry) is wheelchair accessible; the rest is not, but a ramp can be provided on request. Bed linen is included, with a change provided after one week for two-week stays. Bath towels are not provided. You are 10 km from Rochefort and 35 km from La Rochelle, in a peaceful setting.



There are 7 bedrooms, but only 3 are open by default. For groups of 7 or more, additional rooms will be opened according to group size.
