Casa Flick Garden – a newly constructed 2BR, 2.5 Bath condo in the Cabo Costa complex in the hills of El Tezal, just outside of Cabo San Lucas.

This condo is in the Brisa building - part of the brand-new Cabo Costa complex with spectacular water views and all of the amenities you could wish for. Easy access to the best beaches in Cabo. A 14-minute drive to the marina, the mall, beach clubs, nightclubs and other activities in downtown Cabo. This condo is a garden unit with a private patio and heated splash pool. We are located in a peaceful/secluded location - while also being close to everything Cabo has to offer.

The space
Property Description – brand-new garden condo with 1,453 square feet - very comparable four 4 adults and two children 12 and under.

We offer short-term and long-term rental opportunities - special discounts for stays of seven days or more - and even more comprehensive discounts for stays in excess of 30 days. A great property for a vacation or for work from home guests that want to reside in a luxury community with fantastic amenities.

This new/modern condo provides easy access to the best beaches in Cabo. A 14-minute drive to the marina, and all the shopping, beach clubs, nightclubs and other activities in downtown Cabo. This condo is a garden unit with its own private patio and heated splash pool. Within a few steps from the condo, you have a large infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and that is just the beginning of the amenities. The complex also includes a large outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and snack bar, a modern gym with workout equipment, and co-working office space (in a spectacular setting) if you want or need to do business while on vacation. Along with wonderful fire pit where you can gather with interesting people from all parts of North America and Central America. Just outside the complex and within walking distance you have lighted pickle ball courts at reasonable rates. This condo will comfortably accommodate four adults and up to two children.

Inside the condo you have high-speed Internet, two smart TVs, full-size washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, sophisticated filtering system with drinkable water from the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator, king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom with high-quality mattresses on both beds, a sleep sofa that can accommodate two children, and 2 œ bathrooms. This is truly easy living - with massive sliding glass doors that lead to your private patio and splash pool.

There is also designated parking for two intermediate-sized automobiles, and highly efficient elevators to access the condo and all of the amenities. This complex is professionally managed with high safety and security standards - access to and from this complex is very secure and it is staffed 24 x7.
