Casa Ballena is a gorgeous light-filled one floor plan Hacienda-style house offering all the magnificent and exclusive features characteristic of this architecture, and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Passing the estate entrance gate, and entering this beautiful property, you will be welcomed into guided through a stone-patched pathway punctuated on the sides by a wonderful local vegetation and into the main entrance of the house. While inside, the house is cleverly split in two halves: on the left side of the home you will have two master bedrooms, both with king size beds and spacious full bathrooms with bathtubs, and a slightly smaller third room with a king size bed as well. The main master bedroom opens to the outside garden, with a pleasant shaded area facing the swimming pool, horizon, and the sea-views.

On the right side of the house, there are two indoors parking spots with direct access to the entrance pathway; back inside and from the domed grand entrance you will access the fourth bedroom with one queen size bed and a full generous bathroom with shower. Also, on this side you will have the airy fully equipped kitchen, with a convenient generous island and surrounding countertops and three beautifully framed windows with typical handmade tiles. The half bathroom is serving the common areas of the home and can also be accessed through the domed entrance hall.

In the center and confluence of the house, the family room and dining area flows to the outdoors gardens and swimming pool. This comfort filled area with a fireplace can accommodate seated, all the guests, both at the dining table and in the living room space.

Outside, additionally to the sun shaded areas that include a dining zone, the large wave shape infinity-like swimming pool, with a heated jacuzzi on the right side, ends in a smaller lower leveled swim lake. All the surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped, scattered with palm trees and other locally grew vegetation, plenty with sun beds and other relaxing sitting areas.

Framing the convenience of all these amenities, the architecture of this residence is entirely laced in every room by the warmth of its burgundy and pink marbles, the handmaid vibrant color tiles, the darker or lighter aged wooden furnishings and cabinets, and its greenish rough weld lighting fixtures and hand knobs.
