Bedrooms are spacious and distributed throughout the house making them each a private suite, with its own ensuite bathroom.



Stroll through Pedregal's exclusive roads on your way to the Pacific side, just next to the beach access, you will encounter Villa Brisa del Mar and immediately sense its charm. In-door spaces feature a fantastic state-of-the-art kitchen, with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cooler, drip coffee maker, and Keurig capsule coffee maker, plus all you need for a simple breakfast or a five-star dinner. Dining room seating 8 and living room with sliding windows that open completely allowing unrestricted view of the pool and Pacific. A spacious open TV room on the ground floor allows you to be in the same area while enjoying sports or movies with the stereo sound system in its satellite 75" Sony TV with Sonos sound system, streaming TV, and X-Box. Also on the ground floor a private office in case you need to do some work.

The Neighborhood:

Pedregal is the biggest luxury community in Cabo, with a privileged location in the rocky hills behind the Cabo San Lucas famous Arch. In any point you are either enjoying the Pacific views or the Sea of Cortes. It is a fully residential community, featuring some of the most luxurious and astonishing properties in Los Cabos, not only because of their top quality architecture and decoration, but because of the views to the Pacific, Sea of Cortes and to the Cabo San Lucas Marina, as well as the proximity to Cabo downtown and its exclusiveness at the same time.



Pedregal's amenities include tennis courts, The Spa at Pedregal, a playground, pickleball court and access to Pedregal Beach. Pedregal Beach is not private but access is contained between the Pedregal Cliffs and Montecristo Estates. Please note Pedregal Beach is NON SWIMMABLE.

Villa Brisa del Mar is located 10 min driving distance to downtown and 30 min. walking distance. Pedregal means all streets are stone and it is a downhill walk when heading to the house.



If you don't wish to renta a car, taxis are available 24/7, just by calling security gate they will be there in 10 min.

This is a two story house, there are stairs to get into the house and to each of the 4 bedrooms.



Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates, staircases, two story home with high drop offs from  patio and second story terraces.

Please note that we take the safety and security of our guests seriously, which is why we have installed an intercom system with a camera at the main entrance door.

* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

While we want to give you your space to enjoy, we will be available in case you need us 24/7. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the house and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email.
