The Space:

Casa Marimar by Ronival is a charming townhouse retreat in the beautiful community of Mavila. Our property offers not just one, but two, separate units stacked on top of each other, making it the ideal choice for groups and families who want to stay together while enjoying privacy.

Each unit features its own entrance, providing a sense of individual space and allowing for flexible accommodation options. Whether you're traveling with extended family or a large group of friends, Casa Marimar ensures that everyone can be together and have their own private haven.



The upper unit boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed with fine finishes for a comfortable stay. The lower unit mirrors the same layout and provides an equally inviting and well-appointed living space. Each unit also features a modern kitchen with elegant counters, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy shared dining experiences.

Just 20 minutes from downtown and surrounded by beautiful scenery with Pacific Ocean views it offers two resorts: Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach which can be enjoyed by families or adults only if they want some privacy for their romantic getaways; Mavila located within this gated community features top-notch facilities. Guests have access to the facilities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts: Sunset Beach Resort & Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults only resort) within Quivira (5 min driving distance). Resorts are third-party properties, prices and access are subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex.



Other Things to Note:

Mavila is a brand-new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be aware, as per our Homeowners Association (HOA) community rules, pets are not allowed on our property. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests and to avoid potential cancellations, we kindly request your adherence to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the comfort and standards of our community. Thank you.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
