Great location

I loved this property, the only thing missing was a view of the water from the room, but just walk outside and there it is. Close to everything, shopping, beach, marina, it’s all right there. The staff is great as well, attentive and responsive.

10/10 Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I were in Cabo to get married and we had been staying at a very opulent villa in Pedregal with our families. After they all left, we stayed a few more days as our honeymoon and this apartment was the perfect place! It is brand new, clean, modern, excellently located, and safe. The little patio and the private rooftop area made it amazing. We would take our coffee to the rooftop and read while the sun rose. Then we would walk down to the marina and eat, shop, or go to the beach. We took a private fishing charter with Pisces and the boat loaded conveniently close to us. The location, safety, cleanliness, and modern design make this place absolutely perfect! We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo in the hart of Cabo San Lucas

This place is FANTASTIC! The condo is newer, VERY clean with natural stone floors throughout and very spacious. The layout is ideal with the living area and kitchen and 2 bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. It also has laundry room with washer and dryer. In addition, you will have private outdoor Jacuzzi on the roof of this condo. The location is outstanding: you are in the very center of beautiful Cabo San Lucas marina. The condo is on the 3rd /last floor of Paraiso shopping mall. Access to the 3rd floor is for residents only and has 24 h security. Please note that the location of this specific unit is extremally good: the place is very quiet, you will not be disturbed by any kind of noise. A lot of restaurants are nearby. Brand new supermarket was just opened on 11/17/22 in this mall. The only swimmable beach in Cabo (Medano beach) is 10 min away. Property management was also very helpful and accessible via Whatsup at any time We have been to 15 short term rentals so far and this place is the best. If you're looking to stay in the area, we highly recommend his place.

Condo has a fully stocked kitchen all rooms completely furnished with nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds!! Stephanie and concierge team were excellent very helpful and responded immediately. The location perfect The Mall, Marina and restaurants steps away from condo and first class!! The rooftop huge patio and jacuzzi a added bonus. We will definitely stay here again !!

Great weekend in Cabo

We were greeted promptly when we arrived. The place was clean and ready to go. The groceries we ordered were already there and stocked as well. Great time and excellent location. Will be back this Summer for a longer stay.

Great place to enjoy central Cabo San Lucas

This property needs to have very explicit directions on how to find it and enter the property. We were lost, driving around the Cabo harbour, for an hour due to the inadequacy of the instructions we were given to find the place. This situation must be corrected by the owner. That said, the apartment is great and in a great location for enjoying central Cabo and the harbour area. The roof top deck and hot tub are excellent.

Nice place, check in not easy

This was a nice condo, close to the marina and very walkable. Place was very clean, bed was quite comfortable, and loved the rooftop jacuzzi. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out for every meal. Just be sure to bring your own K cups because no coffee was provided! We had an issue with a leaky refrigerator, which was quickly addressed and fixed. No Marina or ocean views, which was kind of a bummer. And walls seemed thin, we could hear some sort of choir or concert going on somewhere in the mall (maybe in the casino downstairs from condo?) on a few nights. But the complex itself was pretty quiet, we hardly ever saw other guests. Check in was less than ideal. You are supposed to check in at the office which is above the mall. So after finally figuring out where the office was located and walking all the way around the mall with our luggage to the side which is accessible, we realized that you cannot get up the stairs OR up the elevator without a key card, which is given to you after you check in. It was definitely frustrating because I was not told any of this prior to my arrival, which would have been nice. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed it after we got over the whole check in debacle.

Great location! Very private and quite. Easy access to everything. You have a 2 level condo all by yourselves with no neighbors to bother you. The best thing there were no time share pitches. Communication was good. It was nice to back after a year off due to Covid.

Elegant property. Modern, spartan vibe. Clean. Beds could be softer, but hardly an issue. Luis our host provided superb service. Quick walk to marina area. Residences are part of mall, but separate. Medano beach is 10 min easy walk as well.

Excellent location!

Wonderful modern condo with great hot tub on the roof and amazing views of Cabo. We worked remotely on conference calls every work day - Internet is fast. The marina is at your doorstep so close access to boats and for us diving! The staff were amazingly helpful and the unit very safe.

Location is Prime! You feel very secluded; Yet the Marina is right at your finger tips to do anything you would like to do while being in Cabo. (Water Activities; eat out; shop) The roof top jacuzzi is amazing to watch the sunset from. 10/10 would do it again & stay at the same exact place! :)

Beautiful new Residence above the Mall

Everything about this property was amazing. Brand new appliances, comfy furniture and beds, TVs in every room which included Netflix, and a hot tub to relax at the end of the day. Stephanie was very responsive if anything was needed and the staff on site were great. If Icould give it more than Five stars I would! Will definitely be back.

Nice New Clean Secure Marina Property

Overall impression was very good. We were close to everything in Downtown Marina of Cabo. You basically stay at the new Mall. It's still under construction so the entrance was not grand, but we didnt care. Once inside it was very nice and private. Not much of a view except for stargazing and the fireworks. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The roof top areas were nice and the hot tub well maintained. Washing machine was nice to have. We would come back and stay there again. There is very good value here.
