Even better than Advertised

I can't say enough good things about the property and the owners. They helped with so many things, problems were handled quickly and without hassle. They were minor, and few but we felt that we were a priority. The rooftop is magical. We watched fireworks almost every night. Watched whales breaching in the ocean, The views are incredible. The list goes on and on. My only hesitation is leaving this review is that it might make it more difficult for us to book it again in the future, because we will. Thanks to John and Family and especially Freddy. You made our vacation a lifetime memory that will be hard to beat.

Lovely home in Cabo San Luca

A very lovely property on the corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Is exactly as shown and rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Property is clean, well run and very safe. It is advantageous to have a vehicle with many restaurants and beaches nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great view and location

The location of this penthouse is perfect with easy access to local busses and proximity to Marina, this gated community is safe and friendly with 24 hour gate service. Pre- checkin was awesome and easy with detailed instructions and owners were extremely helpful. Upon arrival we did have a few maintenance issues inside the penthouse; the dishwasher needs replacing water leaked everywhere, but once we emailed owners it was fixed and worked fine. My biggest issue was the lack of steady water in the 2nd bathroom; from scalding hot to bone chilling cold. Hot tub never worked, seems to have a steady leak and is only a two person hot tub, the pictures are deceiving. Fire pit was broken but was fixed near the end of our stay however it doesn’t give off much heat, that was disappointing as well! Gas Oven in kitchen is real slow to heat only goes to 325 degrees, refrigerator needs new drawers inside. And master bathroom sink has only a steady drip for water pressure! We did opt to use the owners van at a very decent additional cost


 but it was extremely filthy and uncared for; good thing we checked the oil it, it was empty at least 2 quarts has to replenish coolant: this bothered me the most as if it had broken down we would have had to been abandon! The detailed list of instructions for this penthouse stressed that this was their home and to treat it as such; which all of us did; but I guess everyone has different standards because whomever stays at this property truly has let a lot of maintenance slide! It’s too bad! I would recommend to stay here but you need to know exactly what you are getting !

1st Time to Cabo

Hi John, We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful 4th floor penthouse rental property in Cabo San Lucas. Our group experienced the beach, shopping, and going to restaurants multiple times. Freddie was very helpful in setting up a snorkeling catamaran and even guided our way when it came to finding the marina. Freddie mentioned your involvement in the community by giving to children each year in December. The rooftop experience early in our stay was somewhat surreal. The experience of the warm weather after arriving from Minnesota was spectacular. The accommodations were good. Everyone woke up to a beautiful view, the neighborhood was calm, and the indoor/outdoor by keeping the main doors fully open to the outside. Weather was nice every day and the food was great. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity for staying at your place and accommodating our late checkout request. Thankfully, Ashoora Maki
