By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Extra person fees apply after the 16th guest.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire team was very helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The entire house was cleaned everyday and the pool was cleaned at least twice during our stay. The people were very friendly and professional. The house itself was spectacular. We especially enjoyed the sunrise and marina views. You could see how all the boats would exit the marina and start fanning out into the sea and during their return.Restaurants and groceries were easily accessible. We even made a trip to Costco and Walmart for food and supplies.Overall, the location, property and views, and the Cabo Villas team made for a very memorable stay.

Combo Bach party

My fiancé and I had a combination bachelor/bachelorette party with all of our closest friends. Everything with our experience was amazing. The villa was even more grand and amazing than we expected and the views were THE BEST. The concierge was also sooo easy to work with for food delivery, rides, and just made the whole trip wonderful. Would 100000% stay here again.

Amazing and everything we asked for!

It’s true, the pictures don’t do how beautiful the house really is. The infinity pool has the best view of Cabo hands down in this neighborhood. We had 18 guests and everyone was comfortable as we gave the couples their own bedrooms with a single king/queen and everyone else didn’t have to share a bed. The service was top notch! I would highly suggest going with the property’s in-house catering. It was so nice to wake up after a night out and not have to worry about cooking or cleaning. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Cabo!

Boys Weekend at the Beautiful Tanzanita De Law

This house was absolutely stunning! We had 15 guys there and it was perfect, everyone had a blast. The rooms were great, the pool was fantastic, and the kitchen provided everything we needed for the weekend. It is a 6-7 min taxi ride into the town if you’re looking to hit the bars/restaurants. Phenomenal service as well provided by the CaboVillas team of Hector and Alex - Without them, this trip would not of been possible. Cannot thank them again for all they did for such an amazing weekend!!! Strongly recommend this house for anyone with a large group headed to Cabo.

The house was just as advertised. View from the pool/patio area was spectacular. Very open design great for entertaining and enjoying all hours of the day. Cabo Villas was great to work with scheduling catering and transportation before our arrival. Alex did a wonderful job helping us book everything. When we got to the house everything went smooth with check-in, requesting transportation, etc. Angel our concierge did a wonderful job of answering questions and reserving shuttles to down town and back. We used Chile and Lime for multiple catering options and the food and service were top notch. We will definitely be back!!

This home is ridiculously beautiful, from its infinity pool, extraordinary views, to every room having their own bathroom and open floor plan. Beautiful house with amazing views from every angle! The sunset every morning with a cup of coffee was amazing. We had Thanksgiving dinner catered for 16. It was delicious and the perfect setting to celebrate! Every room has its own bathroom and patio/balcony. Always nice not to have to fight over rooms when they are all basically master suites. Angel was very responsive whenever we had a question. There are a lot of stairs in the house so probably not a good house for small children or elderly adults. Would definitely recommend Villa Tanzanita.

We had the most incredible weekend at Villa Tanzanita celebrating my bachelor party. The house was in immaculate condition, and the views were surreal. Thanksgiving 2020

It was absolutely PERFECT for our group. of 15. The layered floor plan allowed every ensuite to have a beautiful view- so no fighting over the best room. Floors, steps, pool area are all marble -- consider that if you have any guest that may be unsteady. What a luxury to have 2 options for dining- inside or out by the pool. Ivan, our consignor, was fantastic. He responded immediately to all our inquiries and handled everything with an "of course" attitude. Super professional. Very safe considering Covid - Muchas Gracias... we will return!
