CANCELLATION POLICY:
The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.

This is the premier property of the Villa Group in Cabo San Lucas. Villa del Arco offers daily housekeeping and no departure cleanup fee.

Specific units are assigned by the resort upon check-in and are on availability basis. Room location can be guaranteed in advance of check-in.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
