Our floorplan is the perfectly designed space in order to feel privacy and relaxation from each different room. It includes three spacious bedrooms located off the main hallway and away from the main family rooms to provide ultimate quiet, privacy & relaxation. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, and secondary bathroom is an en-suite to the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a very cozy and secluded feel, comfortable, lux beds and linens, and provides the ultimate sense of peace needed for an incredible nights sleep.

Our incredible kitchen is the perfect space to enjoy gathering for a morning Costa Rican coffee or a light breakfast before heading out into the sun, sand & surf. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy all of your favorite meals. Choose to dine in the comforts of the escaped heat or out on the deck among the birds, and beautiful landscape alongside the pool.

Our family room is such a cozy & bright space, and available if you choose to escape the sun or have a quiet night in. Including a high powered air-conditioning unit to keep you nice and cool, smart TV and comfortable couch to put your feet up after a busy day touring.

Our outdoor space is incredible, with a dining table that sits 6 people. We really encourage outdoor living. Our natural stone pool allows you to feel that you are one with nature, as you cool off from the tropical sun of Costa Rica. Have your daily siesta or read your favorite book in our comfortable hammock.

Driveway has space for two vehicles.

Our property is located within the famous gated community of Playa Grande Las Ventanas, which is famous for being the most secure, naturally preserved, and luxurious gated communities in Costa Rica. Impeccably kept, 24/7 security at the gate and roaming around the neighborhood. Many hiking trails throughout the community, and for kids or playful adults, enjoy the skatepark, basketball courts & bike pump tracks.

We are located in the beautiful national park of Playa Grande, just a quick couple minute drive from our property. A quickly developing community in a tasteful way, and one of the most infamous and consistent surf breaks of our entire coast. Miles and miles and white soft sand beaches, where the leatherback turtles have their nesting ground. Our beaches and community are very protected in order to have sustainability between nature and development. We have a dozen restaurants, and you can seriously never go wrong with where you eat, all have amazing and affordable flavors and options.
