Jobo 16 is a luxury penthouse in Reserva Conchal — a high-end, sustainable community of resorts and private residences overlooking Playa Conchal.



The Space:

Reserva Conchal is home to an 18-hole championship golf course, a stunning beach club, a wildlife reserve, several restaurants, dozens of condominiums and private residences, and two world-class resorts. This three-bedroom penthouse is located in Jobo, a collection of 18 condominium units built in 2008, featuring a tropical colonial style and a variety of floor plans.



Jobo 16 features a split-level design, with three ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining space, and powder room downstairs.



The living room is decorated with high-quality leather couches, a built-in wood entertainment center, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony with iron railings furnished with a dining set and comfortable lounge chairs. It offers panoramic views of the 15th hole of the golf course, the lush rainforest, and the Pacific Ocean.



Behind the living room is a round wooden dining table with six chairs. The dining room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony, which offers stunning ocean and rainforest views.



The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high-end granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a stovetop with a range hood. The breakfast bar can seat an additional three people.



Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a plush king-sized bed, handcrafted wood and leather furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a small balcony with ocean views. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom features a comfortable king bed, high-end wood furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a Juliet balcony with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Guests at Jobo 16 can access the condominium’s shared amenities, including a pristine swimming pool and hot tub with stunning views, an outdoor kitchen with a ping-pong table and foosball table, and a fitness center. Playa Conchal also offers a championship golf course, tennis courts, and miles of hiking and biking trails exclusively available to residents and resort guests. Guests will also have access to a high-end beach club featuring a phenomenal restaurant, beach gear for ocean activities, a gym and spa, and several sparkling swimming pools.



The unit comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. The condominium building features an elevator to access this two-story condo, located on the third and fourth floors of the building. Daily maid service is available upon request.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
