Apartamentos La BRUJULA de CĂĄdiz are flats in a new building (August 2020) with all the qualities and benefits that this entails. Excellently located in the heart of Santa Maria, the birthplace of flamenco in the city, and surrounded by interesting places such as the Roman Theatre, Santa Maria Beach or the walls of Puertatierra and with excellent dining options in which to taste the best dishes such as Destino, La Fragua or Bodeguita de Plocia among many others located in the nearby street Plocia, gastronomic street of the city.
The flats can accommodate up to 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, as they are located in a semi-pedestrian street, you are assured of the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you will not miss anything that happens in the world and with which you will be able to work remotely if you have to.
The 2 PENTHOUSES HAVE PRIVATE TERRACE.
The flats have a living-dining room with double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings and en suite bathroom with shower.
Don't worry about bringing a hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels because you will find them on arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom wardrobe.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de AndalucĂa on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Great location for the apartment, close to shops, the beach, tourist attractions and railway station. Quiet neighbourhood which is always good. Apartment was clark with most facilities you would require. Even a kettle which is often missing in Spanish owned rental properties. Has aircon but that seemed to have a mind of its own, turn its self off or the temperature raised without any intervention. When it was on it was good. Biggest issue was the remote access to the building and apartment. I could not use the English language version of the app but fortunately the Spanish version was ok. Though this was not unique to me as on at least two occasions there were other people trying to get in for the first time and struggled. Maybe it is just too complicated system and the old fashioned key safe is better?
Great location easy for restaurants and shops. Apartment well equipped but needed info about air con and would benefit from dustpan and brush and full length mirror. Outside space very much appreciated.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und liegt ideal, um die Altstadt zu Fuà erkunden. Check in und Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen rund um schönen Aufenthalt. Man muss jedoch darauf gefasst sein, dass man nicht mit dem Auto bis an die Wohnung fahren kann.
Das Apartment liegt zentral und ruhig ist mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet und hat auch sonst alles- Allerdings sind die RĂ€ume nicht komplett getrennt, was bei Kindern zu beachten ist.

We loved the condo it was everything as listed! I miss the church bells already. We explored Cadiz everyday & came back to the condo to relax.
Now the construction next door is every weekday starting a little early but it was fine.
If I could give a couple suggestions I would have liked a dish drying rack & towel; we wouldnât have used the dishwasher. Also a small grill would have been lovely since thereâs no oven.
With motion sensor air conditioning makes it warm for the evening but most of the time you can open the windows & let the mosquitoes in haha.
But thatâs getting picky, we would stay here again the place is very clean & the rental group are very friendly & keep in touch!!
Great little apartment - just right for 2 people. Great central location - about 20 minutes walk (or shorter) from everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Access is via passcode links etc. which caused me an issueI because I had problems with my network provider and roaming, so couldn't access the aprtment straight away. As it was Sunday I couldn't sort it out, but the Cadiz 4 staff were great and got us inside very quickly. For those not as Tech savvy - once inside there is a set of emergency keys that can be used instead. What can I say but,lovely apartment, great value. We will definitely be going back and would gladly recommend to anyone wanting ti visit Cadiz.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable apartment. The check in app took a little getting used to and the renting agency were very helpful. My wife was not keen on the bright lighting throughout the apartment. She loved the terrace. Location was great.
