I loved the modern clean lines and friendly owners. Breakfast was abundant and cooked to order. The only thing missing was fresh fruit— it was a carb lover’s dream! My croissant filled with Nutella was heavenly. The shower was hot and our bed comfortable. Perfect score for this charming place, only 15 mins drive from the city center and 20 mins from the airport.

Amazingly Pleasant Stay

Elias was a wonderful place to stay. We had amazing breakfast, super clean rooms with A/C, and a pretty decent location if you have a bike/car rental. The one downside would probably be all the doors and locks you need to open to get in and out but otherwise it's very nice and is secure. I would recommend anyone coming to Cagliari to stay here of they can.

Absolutely amazing!

Our best decision was certainly to book a room at Elia's B&B. Cagliari was amazing, but Enrico and Manuela made our holiday even better by providing us with an absolutely exceptional stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and carefully prepared and served by Manuela in the guest area - she's such a sweetheart, and every morning she will welcome you with a smile on her face and great energy, even if you don't speak Italian. The room was spotless clean and bed was very comfy. The location was handy to go to the city centre and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a nice pub 2min from the property. Main bus lines also 2min from the property. Enrico and Manuela were so kind and helped us from day 1 to the moment we left the property. It was a perfect stay and I can't wait to go back! Grazie tanto, amici! Grazie per tutto. Ci vediamo presto.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic place with good location in the middle between beach and city centre. Parking, bus stops, supermarket. Very clean room's. Yummy breakfast. Owner's very kind and helpful.

Lovely Room

Pleasant stay - the owners speak English and were very helpful with all of our queries - the location is also very nice, just out of the business of the city but only a short taxi or bus away! Parking was very convenient and the rooms were spotless. 10/10!!!

Very clean with a private room with its own bathroom. Spacious, quiet, TV, good air conditioning. The hosts are wonderful - very thoughtful, and concerned that each guest have a good experience. Excellent selection of breakfast food - and they even made coffee for each guest. - Near the beach, but did not love the location.

Excellent location: close to Cagliari downtown (but not too close, 10 min drive), parking space (either inside or outside), close to Poetto beach (5 min drive), but located in a quiet spot. Typical day: Nora ruins or Archeological museum in the morning, then go to the beach, then Supremme Spa supermarket, grab one of their excellent prepared foods, heat it up in the common kitchen, then Cagliary downtown at night. Spotless and ample room (cleans every day) with air conditioner (a must). The one minor set down was a misunderstanding during check-in, had to wait 15 min to be let in. Be sure to call to the indicated number on the reservation 30 min before arriving. Recommended!

Excellent welcome, quiet and clean.

Very clean and quiet (other than neighborhood dogs and cats at times). Breakfasts were good and always fresh including meat, cheese, croissants, bread, yogurt, juice. Coffee was superb. Car is under cover and in locked gate compound. Quite a walk to main part of downtown but we discovered several bus routes (especially route 5) with stops only a block or two away. Compared to trying to park downtown, this was a dream.

Elia's: Wonderfully Hospitable

Enrico and Manuela made our 2 night stay at Eli's B&B extremely comfortable. Enrico met us with a local map, and many suggestions for sightseeing, meals, and activities not only locally in the Cagliari area, but throughout Sardinia as well. Everything he recommended was spot-on! Manuela provided two lovely breakfasts. For longer stays or families, Enrico and Manuela also have two apartments for rent.

This is really a room in an apartment block, so doesn't look the best from outside but is great on the inside. Owners are very friendly...breakfast was a great continental spread. Location is not far from town or beach but really you need a car there. Parking is no issue there and lots of white lines close to town to park at too. Would stay again!

Great B&B with very nice hosts

I really liked Elia Bed and Breakfast and it one of the high points of my trip. Manuela and her husband are very kind and this makes this place unique. I really recommend staying there. The B&B is very clean and new. A great breakfast prepared by them in the morning and they were so kind to buy us turkey ham since we were not eating pork. The B&B is close to one of the popular beaches but its a bit away from the city center which is not a big deal if you have bike.

È un appartamento adattato all'uso di b&b, con tutto quello che ne consegue, tipo la rumorosità dal piano superiore e tra le stanze stesse. Colazione nella media e posizione comoda solo per chi ha l'automobile, per la quale c'è un ottimo parcheggio interno coperto.

Dieses B&B ist familiär geführt von sehr netten Menschen, die einem alle Wünsche von den Lippen ablesen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und üppig. Als Ausgangspunkt zu Inselerkundung mit dem Mietwagen ist die Adresse gut geeignet. Auch Cagliari kann man gut auch zu Fuß erkunden. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen Elia´s B&B gerne und werden es auch selbt wieder buchen.

Bon plan sur la capitale sarde

J'ai parcouru la Sardaigne à vélo et testé une quinzaine d'hébergement. Celui-ci est dans le top 3 avec un accueil à l'heure qui me convenait (fin d'après-midi vu l'heure d'arrivée de mon vol), un lit confortable et la possibilité d'y stocker mes bagages sur vélo grâce à l'ascenseur, un petit-déjeuner comme à la maison, une propreté de "marbre". Petit regret avec peu d'activités aux alentours, entre mer et ville.
