We offer discerning guests seeking an elegant and quiet environment exclusive use of a spacious, air-conditioned open space equipped with every comfort: from a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, to a private bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as Wi-Fi, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. A comfortable pull-out double bed provides ample living space for dining in front of the large panoramic window overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari. A French-size sofa bed accommodates two more. Ideal for a family, one of its highlights is the large private terrace overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and the sunrise. You can watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed, or dine outside, enjoying the cool breeze and the view, surrounded by the scent of our Mediterranean herbs.
