The Space:

Welcome to Cove Retreat, a spacious tropical home in beautiful Palm Cove, designed for relaxed family holidays, longer stays and getaways with friends.

Set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, the home combines generous indoor living with a private heated swimming pool, fully fenced tropical garden and fantastic downstairs entertaining area.



PRIVATE HEATED POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

The private swimming pool is maintained at approximately 30–32°C, making it a wonderful place to relax throughout your stay.

Spend the day by the pool, unwind under the covered entertaining area or enjoy an easy BBQ dinner surrounded by the tropical garden.

The downstairs poolside area includes a convenient kitchenette with sink and air fryer, together with a BBQ, outdoor seating and dining space.

Cove Retreat accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms plus a separate study/guest room:

• Primary bedroom – queen bed with private ensuite

• Second bedroom – queen bed

• Third bedroom – double bed

• Separate study/guest room – sofa bed, set up on request

The flexible layout is particularly well-suited to families and groups travelling together.



BATHROOMS

The home offers two full bathrooms plus an additional downstairs powder room.

The primary bedroom has its own ensuite, while the family bathroom includes a bath and a walk-in shower.



FAMILY FRIENDLY

Families are well catered for with a highchair, portacot, stair gate, bath, laundry facilities, games and outdoor toys.

The fully fenced garden provides additional space to enjoy the tropical surroundings.

Children must be supervised around the swimming pool and outdoor areas at all times.



PET FRIENDLY

Approved pets are welcome at Cove Retreat, so your four-legged family members don't have to miss out on the holiday.

Prior approval is required, and a pet fee applies per stay. Please contact us before arrival if travelling with a pet.



FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The main upstairs kitchen is equipped for easy self-catering, including a gas cooktop, double-door refrigerator with ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, cookware, crockery and utensils.

Tea, coffee and basic pantry items are provided as a starter supply.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a comfortable space for everyone to spend time together.



COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT

Cove Retreat is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Fast unlimited Wi-Fi is provided, together with Google Chromecast TVs in the living room, primary bedroom and study.

The upstairs living and dining area enjoys a peaceful outlook towards the surrounding tropical landscape and mountains.



LAUNDRY

A washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and outdoor clothesline are available, making the property particularly convenient for families and longer stays.



PARKING & EV CHARGING

Free secure onsite parking is available for up to two vehicles in the double garage.

An EV charger is also available for guests travelling with an electric vehicle.

Cove Retreat is tucked away in a peaceful residential pocket of Palm Cove, providing a quiet place to relax while remaining a short drive from Palm Cove Beach and the famous Esplanade.

Palm Cove is renowned for its tropical beachfront, restaurants, cafés and day spas and is ideally positioned between Cairns and Port Douglas.

The property provides a convenient base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda, the Wet Tropics rainforest and the beautiful beaches of Tropical North Queensland.

• Palm Cove Beach & Esplanade – short drive

• Cairns Airport – approximately 25 minutes

• Cairns City – approximately 30 minutes

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including the private heated swimming pool, fully fenced garden, downstairs poolside kitchenette and BBQ area, outdoor entertaining spaces and double garage.

Other Things to Note:

Cove Retreat is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood and is intended for quiet family holidays and relaxing stays.

Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted. Only registered and approved guests and visitors may access the property.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours.



Pool safety: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool and outdoor areas at all times.



Infants: A highchair and portacot with its original fitted mattress are available. For infant safety, no additional mattress should be placed inside the portacot.



Pets: Pets require prior approval, and a pet fee applies per stay.



Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleaning, linen changes and additional towels can be arranged for an additional fee. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean ($250) applies.



Starter supplies: A starter supply of essential household items is provided. Guests staying longer may need to purchase additional supplies.



Luggage: Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.



Tropical environment: Palm Cove is located in the tropics. Despite regular professional pest control, guests may occasionally encounter insects, geckos or other local wildlife.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
