Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Here is our pet policy:
Pet Policy: One pre-approved, fully house-trained dog weighing up to approximately 12kg is permitted. Guests must advise us at the time of booking if travelling with a dog, and a pet fee applies. Dogs only are allowed; no other pets, large breeds, hunting dogs, or puppies that are not fully house-trained or are still prone to chewing are permitted.
A $500 pet bond will be pre-authorised on your credit card at check-in to cover any damage or additional cleaning. Dogs must be flea-treated and flea-free before arrival and must not be left unattended at the property. They are permitted only in the garden and designated dog area and are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. Please bring your dog’s bedding and any other essentials.
Please rinse sandy or wet dogs before bringing them inside and use the pet towels provided. Before departure, check the garden and ensure all pet waste has been promptly removed and disposed of appropriately. If pet waste is found after departure, a $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from the $500 pet bond. Any additional cleaning or pet-related damage beyond this may incur further charges where applicable.
