I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast. I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room. The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel. Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel. Kindly Recommendation: 1. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request. 2. Someone available for fix engineer issues. 3. Pillowcases for cover the pillow. 4. King size sheets ( the sheets on king bed was queen size ) Thank you !

Staff prestável e atencioso. Bom pequeno-almoço no terraço Quarto com vista para as pirâmides. Hotel recentemente restaurado. Localização um pouco difícil, pois existem alguns hotéis com um nome semelhante na área.

Pas de nettoyage de la chambre durant le séjour, nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes et du gel douche délai d’attente pour le gel douche 3 jours concernant le petit déjeuner service pas avant 8h15 pas de buffet juste frites, petite omelette et un petite portion de confiture et du café soluble ou turc quand il y en a. Je n’ai pas osé demander si il y avait du chocolat. Il y a une carte avec des menus et des prix affiché en $ mais le garçon me dit que ce n’est pas les bons prix le pepsi a 1$ passe à 2$ sachant qu’il vont l’acheter à la demande à l’épicerie du coin , le cheese burger a 5$ passe lui a 8 $,je pense que ce n’est pas très commerçant. Hôtel en travaux 2 étages de rénové et 2 étages fermé pas d’ascenseur le seul endroit pour manger c’est la terrasse du 5 eme. Je pense que la description des services et équipements ne sont pas d’actualité.de plus je les ai sollicité par message pour avoir une navette aucune réponse sur place je les ai appelé mais il n’ont pas de téléphone le taxi m’a coûté 40€ aller et 40€ retour , de plus personne ne connaît l’adresse de l’hôtel ni le taxi qui nous a emmené qui d’ailleur a été d’une gentillesse incroyable il c’est renseigné et à fini par trouver (un grand merci à lui) même pas les organisateurs des activités n’ont pas trouvé. Donc galère obligé de donner RdV sur l’avenue en envoyant une photo d’un magasin pour pouvoir se repérer les coordonnées gps ne correspondent pas à l’emplacement de l’hôtel. (Est-ce le bon ou un nouvel hôtel.)
