Paid for service we didn’t get

Vi fick inte ens bo där. Ägaren vägrade att verkan ger oss adress eller lämnar nyckel till oss, nekade kännedom om att hon fått betalt. Vi är jätte besvikna att hotel.com delar ut en sådan bedrägeri. The owner of the hotel apartment denied totally our booking inspire of the fact that we paid and we have our prove she refused to give us the right address and we had to spend the night with friends. It’s so disappointing that hotel.com include such kind of Freud announcement and this has totally sabotaged our trust in their service and will never book through them again
