The property was great. It was walking distance to the Saddledome. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the food was great. The continental breakfast in the morning gave lots of options, the only down fall was the coffee but there is a Timmys just up the block.

Property is nice. Walkable to Saddledome. Parking is an extra fee which isn't included when booking which would of been nice to know beforehand. They have water in the room but it's for a fee and nothing fancy just purelife.

The property is really nice. The staff is excellent. I stayed on the eighth floor and the water temperature in the first room wasn't hot in the shower. I was moved to a second room and it was warmer but never got hot. There are a ton of homeless in the area, non bothersome, but just be aware. The Tim Hortons next to the hotel was packed with homeless. I would stay at the hotel again because of the staff, rooms, and price.

Staff was super friendly, it took about 20 min to get hot water for a shower and paying close to 40 bucks for parking a day was something I didn't budget for. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.

we stay here frequently when we intend to visit down town Calgary. The rates are reasonable an the hotel is clean. The pool area is a little small but its clean and well kept. The Saddledome is easily within walking distance as is a couple Casinos and a few pubs. A good location in down town if you're looking to save a bit and stay near the core.

An average sort of a stay, room was fine but cold, had problems with room heating which was solved by maintenance. Restaurant was closed on Sunday but meals were available in the lounge. Monday breakfast was lacklustre and had been sitting un-replenished for some time. Seemed like there was minimal staff.
