Hotel was very clean and met all our needs. Stuff very friendly. Unfortunately the area has homeless people everywhere. A shelter is nearby. I hate to say this because hotel was great but the amount of homeless everywhere ruined it

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it seems that the walls are paper thin, as for both nights of my stay I could hear 2 different people coughing all night, followed by being woken up by other people's alarm clocks several times.

we stayed in room 1231. It was clean and nice. However, the curtain was stuck and would not shut all the way, so we slept with the street lights shining in. Also, the bathroom fan did not turn on. The website says that there is room service but when we tried to order breakfast in the morning, they said they did not. All in all we were happy with the room just sharing these three points with the hotel.
