The room had a smell of dampness from the carpets that might not be getting enough time to dry when they get cleaned. And also the bedding had a weird smell too

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not putting out anything. Had to complain to the front desk 3 times before anyone came to look at it. Was told it was working and that it was because it was stampede weekend so the system was overloaded, I didn’t really buy that excuse as I stayed here last year during stampede and had no issues then
