Cabin on the White River. Famous for clean, cold water and record size trout!

This beautiful cabin has a brand new interior with hardwood floors and all appliances. The ceiling is vaulted with ceiling fans and has central heat/air. There are only four total cabins on Mullett's Landing--the cabin is down a private road which is accessed behind a locked gate. There are lots of wildlife on the property, and the cabin has views of the bluffs on one side with the White River on the other. The river is cold, clean, and excellent for fishing. DISH Network (Satellite TV) and Internet is currently active and available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! Come enjoy the cabin charm at our place on the river!

Please Note: Swimming is not recommended, and property owners are not responsible for accidents. Due to fluctuating river levels, some areas on the bank are steep and fishing off of them is not suitable, however, the local boat dock is within walking distance and has quaint little fishing spots. Kayak and boat rentals are also available nearby.

Lake Norfork is about 25 miles north of Calico Rock. Or if you travel south, you will discover Mountain View which is the Folk Music Capitol of the world. Mountain View is home to Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center. There is lots of music and festivals year round in this unique town. This was the perfect place for a quiet private riverside getaway. We loved the natural beauty of the property. We saw bald eagles almost every trip down the driveway. The layout of the cabin was very comfortable and open and would have been adequate for a family twice our size. There was a nice public access fishing spot near the entrance of the property. We had fun walking and exploring the town shops, museum, and ghost town.

Lovely stay

We love staying here. We will be back again for sure. It's quite and peaceful. I love to river view. every morning we would sit on the back porch ot drink a cup of coffee while looking at the river.

Nice little cabin to stay for the weekend, super close to the river and Jenkins fishing service, which supplies boats for trout fishing, which my husband loved. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful House with a Fantastic River View

The house was located on the beautiful White River on a secure, secluded property. The house had above average day-to-day amenities and provided a fantastic place to venture out for trout fishing adventures. Karen was an attentive hostess/property manager and made the whole VRBO process very easy. Highly recommend this house for a quiet family vacation spot. 😁

Great property

Very quiet and private property. It is located in a private area with 3-4 other houses, but spread out nicely. Easy checkin, host is very responsive. Very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Saw some eagles over the river, cabin has a nice grassy area outside to enjoy the river. Booked a fishing trip with Jenkins Fishing Service, which’s basically beside the property. Another fun experience

Secluded and secure on private property. Locked gated entrance so there is no visible traffic or noise from house. Very nice place to stay.

Too remote hard to get to cute cabin!

Needed tender loving care— grass needed mowing, spiders and webs all on the porches ( we swept them down)— porches dirty as were the chairs— had to clean before using— musty smelling inside but clean and very attractive. Very comfortable for 2 people could sleep many— the set up is great— peaceful, scenery beautiful secluded, little town cute.
