Well located on the main highway and close to shopping and restaurants. Property seems to be brand new and rooms were well equipped - even with a surprise fridge not listed in the amenities. Our Avid hotel was a clean, well-functioning place with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast food was good, too. When you are looking for a no-frills place for a good night's stay, this place definately fits the bill.
