The Space:
I am super stylish, comfortable and well-equipped with all you could need for an ultimate beach side getaway.

With a 12-seater dining table and a well-appointed kitchen, stocked with utensils and many basics, release your inner MasterChef and create a gourmet work of art for your guests. There are cookbooks and foodie magazines for some inspiration as well. And if you prefer to cook outdoors, I’ve got you covered too. Make use of the BBQ while guests unwind with a gin and tonic by the outdoor fire pit in winter or frolic in the sea in spring and summer.

For breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary home-made muesli and a seemingly endless supply of Nespresso coffee pods. Mellow with a herbal tea or two while you absorb the warm sunshine on the front deck, keep an eye out as you may very well spot a dolphin playing in the nearby waves.

Built for fun and relaxation, I am equally committed to entertainment for the kids (big or little!) and relaxation for parents. I am spaciously laid out, spread out across my multiple living zones, including a separate children's media room and a double garage that doubles as a rumpus room complete with AC/DC pin ball machine, PacMan arcade game, TV, large sofa, art supplies and toys. This space is my secret weapon designed to keep the little kids busy while the big kids relax.

With central heating and cooling, a gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit and an outdoor shower I am perfect for summer, winter or any moment in between.

For beach days I supply all that is needed for sun including snorkels, kids kayak and a beach cricket set. Ps. I have the best beach access, you can literally hop, skip and jump into the aqua blue ocean from my front yard. Perfect for families with kids that need supervision while on the beach.

For those seeking sheer relaxation you can curl up with a good book, enjoy the complimentary WIFI or just kick back and enjoy the view with a bottle of local vino from my welcome goodie bag.

The Neighborhood:
Spoilt for choice 'Atra At Callala Beach' is perfectly positioned on the shores of stunning Jervis Bay.

I am quite and private, located on a quiet street with no through-traffic.

Watch dolphins at play in the bay and you may even get a glimpse of a whale or two as they pass through between May and November. There are numerous companies who offer boat tours and experiences with these majestic beauties. Don’t forget to pack your camera.

19 minutes to Nowra's central shopping precinct and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and general supplies.
4 minutes to Callala Bay local shops that include supermarket, bakery, pizza takeaway, bottle-shop, chemist.
10 minutes to Huskisson township by ferry. (Husky Ferry Service)
40 minutes to Berry township.

Getting Around:
The Husky Ferry Service departs hourly from Myola to Huskisson.
Numerous shuttle and transfer services operate within the region.
The area is generally flat so exploring on foot or by pushbike is easy and enjoyable.

You will not find a better positioned beachfront home in the area. I am literally 10 easy steps from the white sandy beach front and calm ocean water.

In addition, my location at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac means ultimate privacy and safety for children.
