Sandy Toes Beach House is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom entirely PET FRIENDLY beach house ONLY 2 MINUTES WALK to the magnificent white sands of Callala Beach, located within Jervis Bay. It can accommodate for up to 9 guests and is positioned in a serene street that leads you to the jewel in the crown of Jervis Bay - Callala Beach in just 2 minutes - so near, the crashing waves on the beach will bring you a sense of calm as you lay in bed at night.

Callala Beach, being inside the bay, does not have big waves or nasty currents, making it ideal for children to frolic in. It is also easily one of the more charming beaches in the region. Aside from the beach, back at home you can fire up the BBQ in the weather proof pergola leading onto the garden, or on colder days, snuggle indoors with a coffee in hand and immerse yourself in one of the numerous movies or surf the net with our Free Telstra NBN WIFI. L shaped living area having oversized windows allowing oodles of natural light in. Features a split system air conditioner and a 50" Smart TV with a wide choice of movies on an external HD. WIFI internet to surf the net. Further, there is an assortment of board games. There is a comfy Hemnes day bed where you can chill or read a novel or enjoy some shut eye and recharge your energy.

ALL linen and towels are supplied based on the number of guests advised.

Comfortable QUEEN bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided.

Bedroom 2:

Adjoins the kitchen, features a timber dining table with seating for 6. A second TV - a 32" TV is mounted on the wall in the dining area. A high chair for babies.

Parking: Capacity to park 3 cars on the property as well as a Caravan/boat/ jet ski.

This accommodation was a huge let down, especially for a Christmas family stay. The property was poorly maintained, unhygienic and in parts unsafe.From arrival things went downhill fast,we were literally being dripped on by a leaking gutter while trying to access the key box. The washing machine was broken and when it did work, the waste water pipe was simply placed into the nearby sink. All fans were rusty, unusable and covered in dust. One bunk bed mattress smelled strongly of urine.The cutlery and crockery were dirty and had to be washed before use. The fridge was far too small for a house advertised for eight people. To make matters worse, there was a dog bowl in the kitchen on arrival filled with dirty, stale water, which you could smell immediately.The wooden flooring had gaps of up to an inch throughout the home, with loose panels that slid underfoot. This was genuinely dangerous our Toddler sliced the bottom of his foot on one of these gaps. The kitchen hot water tap was also dangerously hot, far hotter than a boiled kettle.Basic amenities were missing or inadequate: no vacuum, very limited cooking essentials that ran out quickly and an outdated information PDF that was useless. We stayed over Christmas and even asking for a small tree resulted in being told to bring our own, which summed up the lack of care.The only positive was enough washing-up liquid to clean items before use.The stay was so poor we left a day early and accepted the financial loss.

Great location

Fast communication with the owner. Very close to the beach making it easy. Good BBQ and pet friendly. We had small dogs however need to be mindful of the gaps in the fence if you have small dogs as they can get through.

We had a great weekend at Sandy Toes Peter was so helpful and the property was perfect for us Great location for the husky tri and only 15 minutes over by Ferry - they accommodated our bikes as well - ask Peter for Dave the captains number - or look them up on FBThe pizzeria around the corner was delicious and the house a quick walk to the beachMy only reccomendation would be some tea towels in the house but otherwise was great

Sandy Toes relax just a few minutes easy stroll for small children from Callala Beach!

We loved staying at Sandy Toes, our 2yo daughter said "I don't want to leave Sandy Tooooes!" The day we were packing to leave. The lovely outdoor area, fully fenced yard and surprise cubby was just brilliant for the little ones and parents alike! Callala Beach was so beautiful we visited it every day! Sandy Toes had everything we needed to make our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Love the renovated bathrooms!

Overall the house was tidy and comfortable. I wouldnt say its truly dog friendly as the fence at the front is shorter than advertised and has a large space underneath so its not suitable for small dogs or largish dogs who jump. Our dogs had to be supervised outside everytime. Rennovated bathroom and laundry were great, although no soap is provided in the laundry where there is the second toilet. Rooms were on the smaller side and beds were firm, but suitable enough for a shirt trip. Very close to a great beach that was perfectly suited for kids. Overall, a comfortable short stay, but I wouldnt go again with our dogs as they couldnt be left by themselves.

A return visit to this property as I enjoyed it the first time I stayed a few years ago. Great location a street back from the beach. Being dog friendly for dogs of all sizes is a big plus as many places restrict to small dogs only. My goofy Labrador is a big boy but a lovely guest and it was great that he was welcome at this property. Bathrooms all renovated since I was here last time and having the second shower and toilet was really handy. Plenty of basic cookware, plates and cutlery etc. communication with owner was really straightforward with some tips about the area included in the welcome pack before we arrived. I had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Celebrated birthday with friends and fur kids. Great outdoor space to kick back and relax. Kitchen and bbq equipped to cook up a storm. Location allowed those that wanted to get moving to wander out and investigate, wet the toes and dogs to burn energy. Or quiet street to rest. Stayed outside of school holidays.

Lovely decorated home. Very clean and impressive utilities in kitchen.

Confused about what we could use/touch in house though as there was a note that guests have to replace products in the pantry. We didn't use bath/shower because not sure either if we were to expect to wash towels etc so showered elsewhere. Beautiful home but really felt moving in other people's home. Their clothes / undies etc were still in wardrobes so didn't use wardrobes either. Felt intrusive.

The huge backyard was a massive win with our puppy. The house itself, albeit a bit old, was outfitted with everything we needed and had good wifi. Short walk to the beach, lovely neighbours. Would be happy to return with our pup again.

Perfect puppy holiday

This house is literally a five minute walk to the beach and provided the perfect puppy getaway, oh and great for the kids too! The beach is very pooch friendly which made for a lovely holiday. The neighbourhood is quiet. A little bit of a trek away from restaurants and cafes of husky but the calalla club is nice and handy. The house was well equipped and has most necessities. Peter provided great information and instructions. We would certainly consider staying here again if we were to have a quiet south coast getaway
