We are pleased to present this lovely holiday apartment with communal swimming pool located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, ideal for up to 4 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a comfortable and practical layout.



Inside, the apartment offers a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the second bathroom is separate and fitted with a shower.



Outside, guests can enjoy a well-maintained communal area with swimming pool, Roman steps and outdoor shower, perfect for warm summer days. The complex also features a tennis court, and the apartment includes a parking space for one vehicle. Please note that the communal swimming pool is usually closed from October until Easter.



The apartment enjoys a convenient location close to the sea and all amenities. The nearest rocky cove is 750 metres away, while restaurants and the centre of Calpe are approximately 900 metres away. The nearest supermarket is just 350 metres from the apartment.
