If you are looking to feel the sea close to you, this is definitely the flat for you. Situated on the front line of the cozy beach of La Calalga (Calpe), you will simply cross the street, walk down to the sand and enjoy the crystal clear waters. The fantastic location of this flat means that you can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the promenade without the need to take the car, once here, you won't need a car at all, although the accommodation has parking space included, so if you want to move around you won't have any parking problem, so you can also enjoy our excursions and activities in the area to complete your stay 100%.



The terrace is spacious, covered, and totally private, no one can see you while you rest in the sea breeze. Magnificent sea views from the terrace to enjoy a luxury holiday.



Distributed in entrance hall, kitchen with serving hatch, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and of course sea views. The sofa when opened becomes a double bed (please note that this is the bed for the third person).



The communal areas of the building have two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. You can also play paddle tennis free of charge on the courts located in the community, reserving previously the occupation of the same, being able to use the paddles that are included for guests.
