On the ground floor, the villa offers you a large, bright living/dining room with a wrap-around terrace, an open-plan, modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. From the terrace you have access to the pool terrace and the garden via an external staircase.



In the basement of the villa there is a separate, spacious bedroom with shower room. The bedroom has direct access to the pool and sun terrace.



The fully fenced plot with automatic driveway gate has a size of 979 m² and is landscaped with a beautiful sun terrace, a pool of 10 x 4 metres, outdoor shower, various seating areas, carport and parking space.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
