One bedroom apartament with great views to the beach. Located on the seventh floor of entrance numer two, it has everything you need for a wonderful stay.



The accommodation is equipped with a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room with an American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare delicious dishes. The fridge in this appartment is small.



It can accommodate two adults and two small children or three adults as there is a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the two beds.



The Hipocampos building is located on the beachfront, you will reach the promenade in two minutes.

It has a large outdoor swimming pool and a heated pool open only from October to May.

The spotless apartment is right on the pedestrian front with great opportunities for people watching. The traffic free , long, flat promenade is ideal for families and the elderly or those with mobility problems. There are lots of shops and cafes on the prom and both large and small supermarkets within 10om from the rear of the apartment block. The kitchen has great storage and surfaces but would be improved by having a tin opener, egg cups, table mats and a jug.

Es la a segunda vez que vamos este año. Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, en la playa de la Fossa, en pleno paseo marítimo y con mucha oferta de ocio y servicios a un paso del alojamiento. Como dije en mi primera visita valoro mucho que haya empresas que den servicio a familias con “mascotas” y en calp rent apart lo hacen muy bien, hasta nos hicieron regalo de bienvenida para mi perro y mi gata.️ Otro punto importante que valoro es que en mi primera visita( que fue estupenda) puse un comentario sobre la calidad de la ropa de baño y en esta segunda visita se ha tomado medidas y hemos recibido una dotación de mucha mejor calidad Hemos estado en el mes de junio y septiembre. Volvería? por supuesto! Asunto difícil, por decir alguna cosa quizás el apartamento tiene pocos vasos y tazas, en nuestro caso al ser dos personas hemos tenido suficiente pero había que lavar cada vez que se usaba alguno. Muchas gracias por todo equipo!

La terraza, las vistas, la ubicación, el entorno, aceptación de mascotas, piscina climatizada y 1ª línea de playa Los colchones están para cambiar. Son de muelles y cuando te tumbas, te hundes como si estuviera demasiado usados.
