The flat has a living-dining room with a sofa bed for two guests (recommended for one adult or two children), air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, and access to the terrace from the bedroom. A complete bathroom with shower and a beautiful glazed terrace with a table for lunch or dinner watching the beautiful sea and the boats of the marina of Calpe and an area for sun loungers.

Located on the front line, overlooking the sea, the marina of Calpe, and the natural park of Peñon de Ifach. The flat has private parking inside the building and a communal swimming pool.
