On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, ideal for spending time together. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. This floor also offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Here you will find a second living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub.



Outside, the villa offers a well-maintained garden, a private 8x4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower, and a barbecue area ideal for outdoor dining. Parking is available within the plot for up to two vehicles.
