Charming summer villa with private pool in Calpe, designed to accommodate up to 12 people. The accommodation is split over two floors connected by an internal staircase, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Situated in an unbeatable location just a few metres from the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, it is ideal for large families seeking comfort and proximity to all amenities.



INTERIOR



The property layout is spread across two floors connected by an internal staircase:



GROUND FLOOR



Features a bright living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, air conditioning, and a breakfast bar with direct access to the terrace and pool area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area on this level offers two bedrooms with double beds and an independent bathroom equipped with a shower.



TOP FLOOR



Houses four bedrooms: three bedrooms with two single beds each (two of them with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower) and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. This level also includes a laundry area fitted with a washing machine.



There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.



EXTERIOR



The plot features a large 10 x 5 metre private pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, which is fully fenced to ensure children's safety. It includes a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining and private parking within the plot for up to 4 vehicles.



LOCATION



Located in an excellent position in Calpe. It is just 250 metres from the nearest supermarket and restaurants, 400 metres from a charming cove, 650 metres from the main sandy beach, and 3 km from Calpe town centre.
