Precious holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning; ideal for people with reduced mobility as it is completely flat.



INTERIOR: This villa features magnificent panoramic windows with electric opaque blinds to contemplate the Olta Mountain and Calpe. It is equipped with a living-dining room with Sat/DTT TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, with dishwasher and gas stove. From which you can directly access the covered barbecue area. You will find four bedrooms, two with double beds of 1.50 and two with single beds of 0.90. (There is TV in each bedroom) Two independent bathrooms with shower, one of which is also equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub.



EXTERIOR: Immense plot of 12,000 M2 completely fenced ideal for those seeking peaceful vacations. Pool with total privacy with dimensions 8x4 (1.20m min. and 1.50m max), Roman stairs and an outdoor shower with hot water. Several terraces to enjoy outdoor relaxation. Parking for 6-8 vehicles.



LOCATION: The villa is located in Calpe in a quiet area called Partida Cocentari. Restaurants, supermarkets, services, and the beach of Calpe are less than 5 km away.
