Welcome to this beautiful villa, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a peaceful setting with stunning views over the sea and the imposing Peñón de Ifach. From the terrace and by the pool, you'll be able to enjoy scenery that's captivating at any time of day.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and 2 full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. And don't miss the terrace first thing in the morning: it's a wonderful spot to have breakfast while watching the sunrise.

Both the bedrooms and the dining room have air conditioning, and all the windows are fitted with fly screens, so you can relax in complete comfort.

The location couldn't be better: very close to the Les Bassetes Nautical Club, perfect if you enjoy sailing or simply strolling by the sea, and just a 3-minute drive from La Fosa beach. You'll get the best of both worlds: the calm of an area set away from the city, while still having the sea and all its activities right on your doorstep.

The house has high-speed fibre optic broadband, in case you ever need to connect for work, along with a 65" television for lazy afternoons or film nights.

7night stay was excellent,located 5 mins from town by car/taxi (€10) Living accommodation was fine with all amenities Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week Local restaurants were cheap and provided first class food Only complaint was you’re required to vacate the property by 10am and they we’re knocking at the door at 08:30 to start cleaning. All in all a thoroughly nice vacation

Peace, privacy, pool and a perfect view.

The owner Teresa was there to greet us and we were made welcome from the start. We felt it was our home for a month. It was clean and everything was provided... including hand sanitiser and face masks (in case we didn't have our own). We felt very safe holidaying in Spain in this property. When we saw the view from the balcony it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed that changing view from sunrise to sunset.

prperty was very well located,close to the sea and very nice surroundingbut yet not remote. Next supermarket 6 minutes by bike. The Villa was like shown in the internet. Only critic, no towels in the bathrooms. Theresa was a nice and friendly host.

We had a lovely family holiday, our grandsons loved the pool. View from first floor balcony excellent. No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Only 3 mugs provided, but cups and saucers, plates etc plentiful. Overall enjoyed the Villa/holiday

Things to note. Pool is on lower level accessed from the driveway. Towels are not provided and there is some noise from the road during the day. However. Great location, easy walk down to beach and bars, restaurants. Large pool with sun loungers. Some shaded areas. Fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Despite the rain Very happy with our stay

Es war einfach perfekt. Unser erster Urlaub seit 6 Jahren. Und wir wollen einfach nur wieder zurück. Dieses Haus besitzt wirklich alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mann. Immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hat. Der Check In war absolut unkompliziert. Der Pool hätte wärmer sein können, aber das ist eben im Oktober so. Es gibt für uns absolut garnichts über das wir uns beschweren können. 12 von 10 Sternen

Wir haben 13 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und sind erholt wieder nach Hause gereist. Beim CheckIn war David nicht da - wir konnten selbstständig über einen Code rein. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche hatte alles zu bieten: Geschirr, Besteck, Gewürze, Öle, Tücher, etc. Der Kühlschrank und der Staubsauger waren neu. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick und kann beim Meerblick essen. Da keine direkte Sonne knallt und der Wind weht, war der Balkon super angenehm im Sommer. Die meiste Zeit haben wir hier verbracht. In 7-10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreicht man den Strand, 6 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, was uns ehrlicherweise erst Angst gemacht hat, da wir Sorge hatten, dass wir nicht gut schlafen können. Doch dem war nicht so. Die Straße wird nicht stark befahren und die Fenster sind isoliert, sodass uns nachts nichts geweckt hat. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und die Fenster Fliegengitter, perfekt im Sommer. Der Pool war riesig und war ein Highlight für uns und unsere Kids. David selbst haben wir zwischenzeitlich auch kennengelernt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat zwischendurch auch per WhatsApp gefragt, ob alles ok ist. Für Menschen, die Privatsphäre suchen: Das Haus ist alleinstehend und man hat dadurch genug Ruhe. Die Nachbarn waren alle ruhig. Nur ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass man aus mind. 2 Nachbarhäusern (je nach Blickwinkel) auf den Pool schauen kann. Ja, man ist ungestört, aber nicht 100%ig

Tres bon séjour dans cette villa avec piscine .La plage la plus proche avec sable : la Fossa est à 25 mn à pied d’une très belle balade côtière .Calme , standing , commodities .Juste un bémol pour le freezer qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement et l’évier de cuisine qui n’était pas optimal dans la fluidité du passage de l’eau .Tout le reste vraiment bien et le propriétaire est à l’écoute .Je recommande .Elias

Fantastisch

Opnieuw een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis. Genoten van alles in en rond het huis en weer erg gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaar. In oktober komen we weer terug!
