    Bei Ankunft im Hotel 2 Zimmer zugewiesen,nicht tragbarer Zustand.Nach Beschwerden eine Junior - Suit bekommen, unsäglich schmutzig.Nach Beschwerde wurde Zimmer oberflächlich gereinigt.Schlechtes Reinigungspersonal, nettes Personal am Empfang.Frühstück entsprach bei weitem nicht einem 4 Sterne -Haus. Frühstücksterrasse unsauber,täglich mehr Müll. Aus der Zeitung erfahren, dass Hotel am 20.09.2015 endgültig für immer schließt,da Umbau in Wohnungen geplant. Wir hatten aber bis einschl. 30.9. über EXPEDIA gebucht ,ohne einen Hinweis,dass Hotel vorzeitig schließt. So waren wir die letzten Gäste welche durch den einzigen verbliebenen Angestellten ( den Barmann ) am Morgen des 30. 9.2015 ohne Frühstück ,aus dem Hotel gelassen wurden.

    Ihan perus hyvä hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Aamupala ihan riittävä, olisi tosin voinut olla enemmän kasviksia. Palvelu hotellissa ihan hyvää, huonesiivous oli päivittäin. Allasalue oli mukava, allasbaarissa palvelu toimi hyvin. Hotellin lähettyvillä muutamia ravintoloita ja marketti. Satamasta löytyy lisää palveluja. Satamaan kuitenkin jonkinlainen laskeutuminen joten takaisin päin hotellille tultaessa joutuu kipuamaan pari aika jyrkkää mäkeä. Hotellin läheltä hyvät kulkuyhteydet Palmanovaan/Magalufiin ja Palmaan joten jos enemmän menoa tai palveluja kaipaa, kannattaa suunnata noihin paikkohin.

    Lage top - Hotel flop

    Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend der Renovierung. Die Sauberkeit lässt extrem zu Wünschen übrig. Handtücher wurden aber jeden Tag gewechselt. Der Outdoorpool war schmutzig. Das Fitnessstudio war kostenpflichtig. Laut Rezeption 10 Euro pro Tag. Meerblick war für 10 Euro pro Tag Aufpreis möglich. Der Blick war sehr schön in den Hafen von Puerto Portals. Im Zimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank, Klima (die 2 Mal repariert werden musste), Waage, Thermometer, BD, Dusche (bitte auch mal die Trennwände und Hähne reinigen!), Badewanne, Shampoo, Seife, Balkon.

    Hôtel proche de la plage et de petits restaurants sympa situé dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont cependant un peu petites, le ménage laissait un peu à désirer et les boissons n'étaient pas comprises dans kes repas et facturées extrêmement cher mais ma semaine de vacances c'est très bien passé

    Portals Palace Hotell ligger i et rolig strøk i sentrum av Portals Nous og er således greit plassert rent geografisk. Hotellet oppgir selv å være et 4-stjerners hotell, men mangler det meste av de tilbud og fasiliteter du forventer å finne. Jeg har bodd på 2-stjerners hotell med betydelig bedre kvalitet. Gardinene dekket ikke hele vinduet. Kjøleskapet/ minibaren var tom og varm. Alt manglet av småsaker som sysett, skopuss, toalettartikler som q-tips, shampoo og balsam, bodylotion. Det var ingen vannkoker, t-eller kaffemulighet på rommet. Ingen buksepresse eller strykejern tilgjengelig på hele hotellet. Ingen vaskerimulighet eller roomservice heller. Resepsjonisten svarte ja og nei på spørsmål men var ellers lite behjelpelig. Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltrom med 1 dobbeltseng men fikk 2 enkeltsenger da hotellet hevdet ikke å ha annet. Rommet var imidlertid rent og stuepikene hyggelige, bassengområdet var OK men uteområdet generelt og vegetasjon spesielt var preget av manglende skjøtsel over lang tid. Vi fikk en svært god pris på oppholdet og trodde vi hadde gjort et kupp, men det var ikke tilfelle. Vi kommer ikke igjen. Ad omveier har vi hørt at hotellet skal bygges om til leiligheter, og det er kanskje like greit

    Portals hotel oui, palace non

    En arrivant, la chambre n etait pas a la hauteur de ce qui etait vendu (20m2 en moins, pas de frigo, de minibar, 2 lits simples, pas de lit bébé). Nous avons eu un lit bébé a 23h. Et pour le reste, pas mieux le premier soir, car complet selon la personne "travaillant" ici, pourtant des chambres sont disponibles sur internet, a plein tarif. Le deuxieme jour grace a Hotel.com qui a contacté une personne competente de l hotel, tout est rentré dans l ordre. Nous avons pu avoir une chambre a hauteur de ce qui etait prévu. Très bonne couverture wifi. Service de chambre quotidien. D une maniere générale, très bon produit pour 70€ la nuit, mais surtout pas pour 200€, comme affiché en vitrine.

    Initially we were not happy with the room but after speaking to reception the next morning we were upgraded. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Only down side - could do with a bit of a spruce up!

    Perfect for cheap getaway.

    We stayed for 6 days. It was my second stay at Portals Palace. Its definitely in need of updating but the rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. I heard it has been sold and will become luxury apartments which is a shame. It is in an upmarket residential area with lovely views over the marina and close to the shops and restaurants. Good value for money. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast or food. If you want a quiet, cheap getaway before October get in there quickly! The rooms at the back of the hotel 309 509 (I think) are huge and spacious with lovely big bathrooms and afternoon sun but sea view rooms are smaller and no bath, just shower

    Sur hotelreceptionist, mørke værelser, aircon, som blæste lige ned på sengen og ikke kunne indstilles, man skulle betale 5 euro pr dag for at bruge safen, meget gammeldags og kunne to dage i træk ikke få håndklæder til poolen, da de ikke havde flere. Ville ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre. Morgenmaden var fin.

    Für Kurzaufenthalte absolut ausreichend!

    Seit nun 3 Jahren reisen wir noch Portals Nous und übernachten immer im Hotel Portals Palace. Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen un die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht und das Personal ist immer freundlich. Unserer Meinung ist ist es ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und wir werden definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen. Kleiner Tipp: Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen...die entschädigen einen wenn man sonst eventuell etwas zu bemängeln hätte.

    kein 4 Sterne Hotel normale Zimmer eine Zumutung

    das Hotel liegt gut zum Strand ist aber kein 4 Sterne Hotel im Zimmer Fliegengitter defekt, Klimaanlage mit Tesaband repariert, Rückwand von Fernsehtisch rausgebrochen und die Nägel standen heraus das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich sauber. Man hat wohl dann das Zimmer nach massiver Reklamation gewechselt und das andere war einigermaßen ok obwohl dann der Safe nicht funktioniert hat. Abendessen eine Zumutung ab 18.30 stand das gleiche Essen bis 21.30 Uhr. Das Essen war wie Gummi und eine echte Zumutung sorry aber nicht zu empfehlen

    De man ikke tale engelsk på hotellet i hvert fald meget lidt, for dårligt, morgenmad var ok aftensmad mindre god spiste der kun 1 aften. pool området var hyggeligt og fint. Priserne var op mod dobbelt så dyre som i resten af byens restauranter og værtshuse. rom og cola 10 euro hvor andre steder kostede det 6 euro øl kostede 5 euro hvor andre steder 3 euro for samme mængde mærke.

    PRISVÄRT MED PERFEKT LÄGE!

    Perfekt läge på hotellet. Nära till huvudgatan samt båthamnen med flertal restauranger, caféer, pubar samt shopping. Hotellet behöver en upputsning och är mer ett 3 stjärnigt än 4. Vi betalade 10€ extra/ natt och fick ett stort rum/bad med havsutsikt. Väl värt pengarna! Städningen av badrummet kunde varit bättre. Frukosten hade både varmt och kallt att erbjuda. Louis i matsalen var väldigt hjälpsam och får högsta betyg. Poolområdet var ett bra komplement till Beacherna som finns på båda sidor om småbåtshamnen. Expressbuss in till Palma stad tar 20 min och kostar 2:40€. Flygplatsbussen t stan kostar 3€ och så kan man byta till Portals Nous bussen vid Placa d'Espanya. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet och återkommer gärna!

    Mycket strul i lugnt område

    Först fick vi ett rum i vilket luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade. Samtidigt fungerade inte nyckelkortet, trots att receptionen programmerade det tre gånger, så vi fick låna vaktmästarens nyckelkort. Som kompensation blevo vi då uppgraderade till en tvårummare med dubbelsäng och en glimt av havet på den stora balkongen. Men där förde luftkonditioneringen oljud emellanåt, så att vaktmästaren var tvungen att ta dit en reparatör. Därefter hade vi inga problem. Tyvärr tycks hotellet ha problem med att popularisera stället, ty baren var fullkomligt folktom under hela vår vistelse på 16 dagar där, och knappt någon hotellgäst äter sina kvällsmål där. Frukosten var dock omfattande, med mycket att välja på och en särskild "chef" som steker ägg och gör omeletter och annat på morgonen efter varje gästs önskemål.

    Værelser er IKKE 50 kvm. som annonceret. De 2 første vi så var højst 16 kvm. Værelse 304 var lidt større og med smuk udsigt over bjergene. Pool området var dejligt roligt og med en lille bar. Morgenmadsbuffet havde pænt udvalg.

    Great Value Portals.

    Stayed here several and always great. Hotel and rooms are a little dates but always spotless and staff are great. Very good value consider in it's in Portals and so close to the port.
