Villa of recent construction, luxury finishes, independent, fully fenced garden with Mediterranean plants and flowers, parking, access with remote controlled gate, easily accessible. Pool of 7,30 x ml 3,75 h 132, solarium area with deck chairs and shower, gazebo with table and chairs for guests, barbecue for grilling ideal for dinner with friends on warm summer evenings. Happy location just 9 km from the sandy beaches of Versilia, 14 km from Forte dei Marmi, capital of fashion and shopping, 23 km from the historic center of Lucca ideal for discovering Italian art and culture. Possibility to undertake walks or excursions in the nearby hills, view of the Camaiore valley and the nearby mountains. The house has air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating if our guests wish to book in low season, free WIFI. The main entrance opens into a beautiful room in shades of white, cozy with two windows overlooking the countryside to the Camaiore valley hidden by curtains in silk taffeta, two sofas, a small antique sofa covered in velvet, desk and chair. reading lamp, contemporary fireplace FOCUS, TV SAT. Next to it opens the dining room with a beautiful antique table and modern chairs, old white pickled wardrobe, large glass door that leads to the garden with a second gazebo, table and chairs for our welcome guests. The kitchen adjacent to the dining room is modern and includes a single steel block with three-well sink and large floor with 5 burners, large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, pantry for tools, pots and various utensils necessary to prepare lunches and dinners to be enjoyed in complete relaxation. Further small room used as a storeroom / laundry room with washing machine, hot and cold water pigeon, coat rack, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, clothesline.
The sleeping area is accessed by a corridor with a large built-in wardrobe, for linen and clothes, positioned on one side. Main bathroom in mosaic of BISAZZA blue sea color, sanitary ware in design PHILIPPE STARCK, shower, Jacuzzi, hairdryer. Room with double bed in FLOU brand fabric, window overlooking the garden and the valley, designer chest of drawers of the MICHELUCCI architect, white leather nightstands of ZANOTTA brand design with reading lamp, private bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower. Second bedroom with double bed with fabric bed and light furnishings, spacious, large glass door with access to the garden and pool. Third bedroom with two single beds, window overlooking the valley, large bridge wardrobes, shelves to support the beds.

Relaxing family holiday

Lovely clean spacious house with beautiful garden and pool, with views of mountains and town of Camaiore. Narrow roads through the village to get to the property - small car probably best! 20 minute drive to the beaches. Less than an hour to Pisa and Lucca. Great location.

Villa La Collina stay

We had a great time. The villa has an amazing view and great outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Amazing and super helpful host! Would totally recommend if you’re after a quiet and relaxing holiday in a very picturesque area.

Very nice house, good location

We really liked the house, it is tastefully furnished, comfortable and felt like a home from home. It was very clean and well presented when we arrived. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The restaurant nearby is also highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa in outstanding location.

We had a wonderful week in this immaculate and beautiful villa. All the facilities were available that we required. There were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within a short walk (within the village centre). Gabriel was extremely helpful and always available should we need him. Overall, a very relaxing week - would definitely return.

The house was better than the photos. The pool area and garden had just been redone and was a wonderful place have lunch or just relax. The house was very clean and everything worked. It was practical and not too cluttered. Good Internet access, tv, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, cooker, coffee machines etc. The location was quiet but not isolated. We love Lido de Camaiore and Viareggio which were not far. Also Lucca was only about half an hour away. The owners live nearby but we did not need to call them as everything was fine. When we are back in the area this house (and we have stayed in quite a few) will be our first consideration. Thank you.

Lovely villa

The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, modern kitchen which had everything in it that we needed. The pool was a highlight for the children and the view from the garden was beautiful. Donatella and her son were caring hosts and answered quickly to any questions. .

Abgelegen, sehr gepflegt, idealer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gepflegten Objekt genossen. Es war auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen. Das Objekt liegt abgelegen am Berg und der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, womit man wunderbar am Pool entspannen kann. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. In der Einfahrt hat man viel Platz zu parken. Im Ort gibt es tolle Lokale mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch oben am Berg. Im Ort sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern funktioniert einwandfrei über WhatsApp. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts im Haus eingebrochen und es wurden Wertgegenstände entwendet. Die Kooperation der örtlichen Polizei war eine Katastrophe und auch wenn sich die Eigentümer anfangs sehr kooperativ gezeigt haben, so wurde uns bisher keine Lösung angeboten. Das Haus selbst verfügt weder über einen Safe noch über eine Alarmanlage.

Alles soweit ok

Soweit war alles ok. Objekt wie beschrieben, alles sauber und in Ordnung. Im Poolbereich sollten die Bretter einmal erneuert werden.Mein Kind hatte sich einen Splitter in den Fuß gestoßen, aber keine große Sache. Auch gab es keinerle Empfang auf dem Fernseher. Weder über internet, noch über Sat. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Sonst eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr elegante und geräumige Unterkunft

In Summe hat alles super gepasst und war nahezu perfekt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, zwei Bäder, alles sehr schön und elegant. Der Garten ist gepflegt und auch für Kleinkinder gut geeignet. Ein kleines Minus gibt für den etwas alten und wackeligen Holzboden beim Pool, der dringend repariert werden muss und nicht ganz ungefährlich ist.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schön angelegtem Garten inkl. Pool, das gute Bedingungen für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind bietet. Tolle Lage, um sämtliche Highlights der Toskana zu erkunden - einziger Wermutstropfen ist die hügelige Umgebung, die es schwer macht sich direkt um das Haus herum zu Fuß fortzubewegen (bspw. zum Supermarkt, etc.), aber die Aussicht macht das wett! Sehr fürsorglicher Service seitens der Gastgeber-Familie - danke für den tollen Kontakt! :)

Tolle Villa, super gelegen, hervorragender Host

Wir waren für 1 Woche als Familie in dieser tollen geräumigen Villa. Der Pool war bei dem warmen Wetter hervorragend zum Entspannen und Volleyball spielen. Die Küche war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Haus ist etwas Abseits, ideal zum Relaxen. Unser Host war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit, alles ganz unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das einzig nicht so Schöne waren die Moskitos, aber so ist das nun mal in diesem Sommer. Super Urlaub🛍🎈⛱

Tolle Zeit

Das Haus war top und an einer sehr guten Lage. Wir hatten zu zweit mit unserem Hund natürlich sehr viel Platz. Leider war das Wetter anfangs sehr kühl, aber die Heizung hat super funktioniert. Als das Wetter und die Temperaturen wieder höher waren könnten wir den Garten geniessen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus von Donatella und ihrer Familie war perfekt für unseren Urlaub (2 Personen + Hund). Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und umzäunt. Das liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber dennoch sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch das Städtchen ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Gleichzeitig kann man direkt vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten. Zum Meer sind es auch nur 15 Minuten. Die Familie ist sehr nett, unaufdringlich und steht dennoch für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice stay at Camaiore

The house is indeed as it was presented and is comfortable. The swimming pool with the patio is very nice to stay and the view is beautiful. Just mosquitos protection are needed. Privacy of the premises is just perfect. The hosts have answered any request in less than 30 minutes and have been extremely kind. We could visit Florence, Lucca, Pisa which are at reasonable driving distance. The very nice beaches are at 15 to 25 mins drive. The tourists in the area are mainly Italian families which gives a nice atmosfeer. The house is located in the mountain with very narrow street not really fit for walking. We only found pity there were a very limited start pack (salt, pepper, sugar,...) but the wijn bottle was very good. No changes of linen or towels was not planned after a week, for a stay of two weeks it is usually the case. For the next renters I advise you to book the restaurants well in advance, the best ones are overbooked in high season. In conclusion our opinion is very positive over the house. For the location if you like the mix moutain and beaches this is just perfect. Thank you to our hosts for their welcome and support.

Wundervoll und sehr gemütlich

Die gute Zufahrt zum Anwesend, sehr gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe, sehr gepflegte Umgebung ohne störende Einsehbarkeit, privater Pool leider nicht all zu tief, vervollständigen den guten bis sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat sehr viele liebevolle Detail. Ein wenig schade war für uns der Umstand dass die Küche abgetrennt vom Essraum ist. Das war für uns aus dem Bildmaterial so nicht erkennbar. Sodann fehlen ein oder zwei Gegenstände in der Küche. Eines der Schlafzimmer kann nicht optimal verdunkelt werden. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage die alle sehr gut funktioniert haben. Ich kann das Haus bestens weiter empfehlen.

Superbe maison très propre et très bien équipée

Superbe maison très bien équipée. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et le coin piscine est parfait. La maison est sur les hauteurs de camaiore légèrement isolée pour y être au calme mais à seulement 3 min du centre de Camaiore, où l'on retrouve tous les commerces nécessaires. Le bord de mer se situe à 15 min de la résidence. Superbe location nous recommandons pour un séjour en famille.
