CAMBO, C216: In a beautiful, recently built, secure residence, this apartment for two people is close to the town center and offers a quiet, private setting. This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor (two flights of eight steps) with a living room/kitchen opening onto a balcony-terrace and a green space. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop). The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a large wardrobe. There is a shower room and a separate toilet. A designated parking space is included.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
