You will particularly appreciate the covered terrace with its swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m) and the summer kitchen. Parking is available in the shared courtyard (annual rental). Private garden and swimming pool. Close to the thermal baths and town center.

An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
