It comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to make a double), a separate, fully equipped kitchen (rotisserie oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet. Terrace with mountain views. Private parking space. 1200 meters from the thermal baths and 600 meters from shops.
NO PETS ALLOWED. No internet access.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a cleaning service is available for a fee). An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
