This three bedroom house has a lounge, dinning area, large well equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet , all on the ground floor.
The first floor features three double bedrooms a bathroom with a shower and a bath.Â
The main bedroom is very large and the ceiling extends into the attic.Â
The attic space is only accessible from the main bedroom via a set of steep stairs/ladder.Â
It is a pitched roof, you'll need to crouch down as at it's highest point its 5'7''Â
There are cushions, a bean bag, and a small double futon sofa bed couch.
This area is ideal as a chill out zone, study area or meditation/prayer room, you can also see the sea from the attic window.
This area is not suitable for unsupervised children and they must be supervised at all times.PLEASE TAKE NOTE.

Access to the house is only through the white front door between the two dog statues up two large granite steps in the center of the house.
You can park your car on the driveway which is situated round the back of the house.
You do not have access to the rear of the house and back garden, you can however use the front garden which is shared use.
If you need to contact me at any point feel free to call or message me at anytime, as IÂ live on the property in the annex which is separate from the main house.
The attic space has a low roof the highest point is 5"6' you'll need to crouch down to enter, there are cushions, a bean bag, a couch and a couple of small chairs. this area is ideal as a chill out zone study area or meditation/prayer room. Access is via a steep attic ladder. it's tricky to accend and descend and therefore not suitable for children or elderly
This attic area is unsuitable for unaccompanied children, they must be supervised at all times.
