The outdoor fire and s’mores was such a great touch to our experience. We had a nice chat with other guests and enjoyed a beautiful evening outside. Also I love how dog friendly it was with providing dog bones, toys, and a dog bed. I wish I could stay longer than just one night!

A Must stay hotel in town

My wife and I visited for a couple of nights prior to picking our daughter up from a nearby camp. The Hotel was clean and the people that worked there were all very kind and helpfull. I dont think you could get a better location, shopping, coffee and restraunts were steps away. The hotel grounds had outdoor seating areas scattered around with flowers and tomatos everywhere, as well they started a small fire everynight in the pit so you could make smores from the Smore Bar. We will comeback again soon to enjoy CRH and the suronding area.

Well situated for enjoying the Harbor and its restaurants. The hotel also has a fire pit and and provisions to create Smores. Nice touch.

Stayed two nights: Cons: Room was dirty and decor was tasteless. Blackout curtains would have been nice on the windows. Bathroom fan was broken. Breakfast options were similar to most gas stations. I expected much, much more considering what we paid. Pros: Hot coffee in the morning and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy. Attractive facade with many well tended flower pots. Bedsheets and towels were clean.

It was imaginatively set out.Fun to walk around Very friendly staff. I suggest grab bars in the bathrooms. Its very inexpensive and makes a big difference in the use of the toilet. Remember how many aging Boomers there are around now.

Mid coast Maine vacation

The room was nice and clean, the included breakfast was really good and had a lot of different food options to choose from. Also they made a fire every night and had s’mores provided which was a nice touch.

Disappointing.

Bed hard as a rock. Comforter had crumbs on it. NO housekeeping with a big notice saying so..only IF you’ve stayed 3 days ( ugg)..food was ok, and man in breakfast room very nice n helpfu Getting in and out difficult, fairly steep ramp to push the luggage cart UP it if you’re an elderly person. Outside nasty..dirty water running all over, grass cut and left all over the place. Only 1 young woman on desk.otherwise ...no ONE there ..including after 9pm..doesn’t seem safe at ALL, is it even legal? The only good thing was yes it was walkable..to the town. And we did have a place to park. The bathroom did smell of urine .,a bit. Of the Ice machines, I was told only one MIGHt still be working! How it got these fairly high ratings is beyond me. Now I will say the young lady did her best, none of this is to blame anything on her. She was friendly.

Hot water temperature was an issue hot water only lasted on only a few minutes made taking a shower an unpleasant experience. Breakfast was great we had no complaints there. Beds were okay but not exceptional

Clean and comfy suite. Couldn't have been better. Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking river with beautiful spacious bath with large shower and large soaking tub. So conveniently located and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Ice cream shop right over the bridge. We hope to be back again next summer.
