Rua de acesso é péssima. Instalações medianas.

Apesar da simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários, o hotel deixa a desejar. Os quartos poderiam ser mais modernos e a rua de acesso é lastimável. Muito complicado o acesso via estrada de terra em péssimas condições. O café da manhã no sábado poderia começar mais cedo (de 8 as 10). Mas o jardim é muito bonito e agradável.

Foi pessima,o dono do hotel de nome Fábio me cobrou mais 1.300,00 porque ficou com raiva de a reserva não ter sido feita direto no hotel,aí nos deixou soltos nas refeições,sem avisar nada e no final veio com a conta

"Filme de terror!!!! Decepcionante!!!"

Não recomendo este "Hotel",totalmente fora de mão sem placa para orientar, choveu um pouco e quase não conseguimos chegar "patinando" no barro, quando chega , um portão fechado , ficamos meia hora tocando campainha e nos aparece um sujeito de péssima aparência com um cachorro perguntando o que precisamos sem abrir o portão quando falamos que vamos nos hospedar ele pergunta "hospedar"? ficamos achando que estavamos como estranhos numa chacára alheia, e ai ele ficou um tempo enorme ligando para várias pessoas para autorizar nossa entrada. Derrepente ele abre uma brechinha do portão e vêm com um celular e falei com um tal de "nogueira" dizendo que o Hotel está completo e que o Hoteis.com vendeu reserva sem ter quartos... ficamos indignados e mais uns minutos nos autorizaram á entrada dizendo que já tinham um quarto(estávamos de Taxi e o taximitro rodando,tive que pagar R$70,00 por este incoveniente) ... quando entramos nos levaram para um lugar sem nehuma assistência, estava frio , um quarto soturno, sem aquecimento...um terror!!! Depois de muito tempo conseguimos com á "camareira" um outro quarto, pois não tinha ninguém para atender os hospedes.Enfim horrivel e decepcionante,o taxista depois que viu tudo isto disse jamais vai indicar este hotel para alguém. Levei ás crianças para brincar. como estava frio fomos para o "salão" de jogos, já tinha 4 pessoas brincando, não cabe mais do que isto.
