The condominium consists of a few real estate units and is located in a beautiful and quiet location about 5/10 minutes walk from the central square of Campitello di Fassa The exterior is very nice and pleasant. The residence is equipped with a parking space allocated for each apartment. Good location also for walks in the woods which can be reached in a few minutes. The public transport stop is quite convenient compared to the location of the property. The Col Rodella ski lifts are about 700 metres away.
The apartment is located in a nice residence on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people, consists of a living area with kitchen and living room, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with small bathtub.
