Apartment located in an excellent position a stone's throw from the pine forest and the beach of Marina di Campo. The sea is only 80 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The wide sandy beach is partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments. The town center with its services and shops is just 500 meters away and can be reached with a short and pleasant walk along the seafront.
Located in the residential area of Marina di Campo, with an independent entrance, the apartment undergoing complete internal and partial external renovation will be composed as follows: large living area with open kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, twin bedroom (joinable beds) with dedicated bathroom with exclusive access, shower cubicle, sink and toilet (without bidet). The property includes a large fully fenced garden with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and decoder for free-to-air channels, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning (available with supplement), outdoor shower and parking space. Pets allowed on request with supplement. Possibility to rent sheets and towels with supplement upon reservation. New photos of the property will follow after the end of the renovation.

Wonderful stay in Elba

Very modern, very comfortable apartment just a short walk from a lovely beach. The apartment has everything thing you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Veronica & Sabrina were a pleasure to deal with. Only sorry we had to go home. Highly recommend this property.
