This charming house is located in Campos, has a private pool and a garden and is ideal for 10 guests.
You will have access to a 10m x 5m private chlorine pool with a depht between 1.1m and 1.8m. Surrounded by a garden and a terrace with eight sun loungers, it’s an idyllic spot for sunbathing. Furthermore, there’s an exterior shower. If you love cooking outside, you can use the barbecue. Next to the BBQ area there’s a furnished porch and an exterior shower bathroom. At the entrance of this two-storey house there is a porch on each floor. This coquettish home is located in a small urbanisation with several neighbours.

The lower porch gives access to a cosy sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and a well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two twin beds, as well as a bath with bath tub on this floor. The laundry room has a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the upper floor and to a rustic sitting-living room with open, well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. There’s another, stylish dining room with access to a furnished terrace. On bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds; the bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath tub. We can provide you up to two cots and high chairs upon request. This house features five fans.

This coquettish cottage is located about 2 km from the genuine village of Campos, where you will find everything needed for an independent holiday. Thursdays and Saturdays you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at the market. A 20 minutes’ drive takes you to the wonderful natural park of Mondragó with Mediterranean woods an two sand beaches. The east coast is known for its beautiful beaches like Caló des Moro, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí and Caló Marmols. Southwards there are the natural beaches of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes. If you like playing golf, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Vall D’Or.

Very big house

Very big house with nice swimmingpool. Location is close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Also the local marker of Santanyi is really nice. The kitchen is not very big. Also some showers are a bit old and not easy to use (very small). A lot of towels in the house, which is very easy. We had a nice stay!

Please be really careful when renting this house: It's within a farm! The description doesn't say that there are several rooster cocks around the house, screaming at 4am, 6am and so on every day. The description forgets also to say that there is a 90km/h road at 60m! So it's almost like having your vacation in a highway rest area. It's not written that the direct neighbors are farmers, working all along the day in front of the house with the truck (noisy and diesel smelly), and that their 2 dogs like to bark the evening or during the night. The description should say it but it doesn't. A lot of furniture were completely worn (pool mattresses, shutter, bedsheets, sun umbrella), some door handles were broken when we arrived. The bedsheets were old and not really clean. After a dozen of emails (with pictures I had to send) and 8 nights (on 14) they finally changed and repaired some stuffs. After 8 nights. It's not acceptable. The cleaning was not good. We found lemon slices in the garden, spiderwebs in the first floor with a global musty smell in the rooms in that floor. Most of the dishes need to be cleaned again as they had a lot of dust and some had stains on them. Those are the proofs that nobody is coming regularly to see the state of the house and maintain it. No checkin, no checkout, nothing. All of this is giving you the strong feeling that the owner is only here to take the money. We feel scammed. And once we were here with our kids we couldn't move anywhere. Moreover: -it's an old house with thick walls and a tile roof. It heats a lot during the day and when the sun is down, it's hard to make the outside air coming inside. In one word: it's an oven. If you're sensitive with your sleeping temperature, don't expect to sleep well a single night during the summer. If you're tall also, bed lenghts are 1m90 so you have to sacrifice a twin bed to sleep in diagonal. So it becomes impossible for 10 people. -Accessing it during the night is quite tricky as you have to check the milestones or the GPS to be sure not to miss the entrance of the farms but at this level it's a detail. Positive points: -The house is big. -The pool is big.

Großzügige Finca - mit Landluft :-)

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Die Finca ist sehr großzügig, die Zimmer und Badezimmer bieten ausreichend Platz. Die Bäder sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - allerdings war alles wirklich sehr sauber. Die Betten waren ein wenig zu weich - aber das mag auch Geschmacksache sein. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber. Was wir leider nicht wussten und für uns einen Minuspunkt gibt: die Finca liegt direkt gegenüber eines Bauernhofes. Sehr starke Landluft vorprogrammiert und leider viele Mücken. Abends draußen sitzen war somit fast unmöglich und mit vielen Stichen verbunden. Die Besitzerin ist super nett, wir hatten kurz Kontakt, da das Schloss klemmte und wir nicht ins Haus kamen.

Schöne Finca sehr gross und geräumig und sauber. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Entfernung zum nächsten grossen Ort. Campos ist ein bisschen klein. Santanyi dagegen sieht schon grösser und belebter aus.

Für unseren Zweck (Familienurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen Pers) ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Wir bekamen vor Antritt der Reise genügend Informationen vom Gastgeber mit Lage, Routenbeschreibung (Bilder) und Zugang zum Haus. Die Lage war gut. Wir hatten vom Flughafen eine Anfahrt von ca. 35 Minuten. Diese kurze Anfahrt kam uns für den Abflug mit Abgabe der Kfz um 07:30 Uhr sehr entgegen. Die Entfernung zum Strand mit Bademöglichkeiten war für unsere Empfindung zu weit weg. Dafür entschädigte die Ruhe während des Aufenthalts, der große private Pool am Haus unsere Erwartungen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe haben gepasst. Für den Zweck den wir suchten bestens geeignet. Wir wurden zur Mülltrennung informiert. Auch dass alle 3 Tage dieser gesammelt abgeholt wird. Ich hätte mir eine bessere Info über den Lagerplatz (z.B. bei der Garage) auch für den Restmüll gewünscht. Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren mit 9 Personen angereist. Am Pool waren bei genügend vorhandenen Stühlen aber nur 8 Liegen vorhanden.

Una casa preciosa, bonita y acogedora. Tiene mucho espacio tanto en el interior como exterior. Mi familia y yo hemos estado muy agusto en ella y hemos disfrutado de la piscina. Guardamos un bonito recuerdo de nuestra estancia sobretodo por el precioso anfitrión gatuno, deseamos que siga teniendo suerte con los posteriores huéspedes y sigan cuidando de nuestro pequeño amigo “whisky” ❤️? En definitiva, una bonita experiencia y una bonita casa para pasar unos días de relax en la bonita isla de Mallorca.

Placée en face d'une ferme, donc prévoir quelques odeurs de campagne ! Point faible: un sous équipement en cuisine (vaisselle très basique, etc.) qui ne correspond pas au standing et au prix de la location. C'est dommage.

Està muy cerca de la carretera lo cual es cómodo. Las vistas son buenas desde la terraza trasera. Desde la de delante no, porque da a una granja que está enfrente con maquinaria. Los 2 perros de la granja son un poco molestos porque cruzan la calle cuando ven que llega gente en coche y intentan entrar en la casa y hay que cerrar bien la verja.

Tolle Finca mit viel Potenzial

Die Finca bietet viel Platz auch für größere Gruppen. Sie ist toll geschnitten, hat 4 Terrassen (3 davon überdacht) und könnte auch gut in 2 getrennte Wohnbereiche aufgeteilt werden für z.B. 2 Familien, die zwar gemeinsam Urlaub machen, aber auch etwas Privatsphäre haben möchten. Ein absolutes Highlight stellt natürlich der Pool inkl. Außendusche dar, der schon vor dem Frühstück zum Schwimmen von ein paar Bahnen einlädt. Leider sind viele der Möbel ziemlich abgewohnt und an manchen Stellen zusammengewürfelt. Es mangelte zudem während unseres Aufenhaltes an Auflagen/Sitzkissen für diverse Terrassenmöbel und Poolliegen. Auf Nachfrage wurde kommuniziert, dass ein Teil wohl derzeit in der Wäscherei wären. Trotzdem für uns natürlich sehr schade, das sich ein Teil so einfach nicht nutzen ließ. Generell war die Kommunikation mit Villafinca sehr gut. Alle Nachrichten wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Anwesen ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, allerdings nicht allzu weit von einer gut befahrenen Straße entfernt. Daher ist es hin und wieder etwas lauter. Auch der aktive Hahn der Nachbarn ist nicht gerade der ruhigste Zeitgenosse. Sowohl Campos als auch Santanyi mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Märkten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn nach Palma ist sehr praktisch und auch die Strände des Südostens sind zügig erreichbar. Alles in allem eine Finca mit sehr viel Potenzial, die aber hinsichtlich der Einrichtung etwas Aufmerksamkeit vertragen kann.

Beautiful house with lots of room both inside and out. Very clean, lovely big swimming pool we had a wonderful time here with our family. A small dislike - It's quite difficult to find the turn off to the property in the dark off the main road. Enjoy the wake up calls from the birds.

Saubere Finca

Wir waren zu sechst in der Finca. Es gab reichlich Platz und alles war blitzblank. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 Minuten erreichen. Der Pool war super und die Kommunikation perfekt! Es war ein toller Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Für unseren Zweck (Familienurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen Pers) ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Wir bekamen vor Antritt der Reise genügend Informationen vom Gastgeber mit Lage, Routenbeschreibung (Bilder) und Zugang zum Haus. Die Lage war gut. Wir hatten vom Flughafen eine Anfahrt von ca. 35 Minuten. Diese kurze Anfahrt kam uns für den Abflug mit Abgabe der Kfz um 07:30 Uhr sehr entgegen. Die Entfernung zum Strand mit Bademöglichkeiten war für unsere Empfindung zu weit weg. Dafür entschädigte die Ruhe während des Aufenthalts, der große private Pool am Haus unsere Erwartungen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe haben gepasst. Für den Zweck den wir suchten bestens geeignet. Wir wurden zur Mülltrennung informiert. Auch dass alle 3 Tage dieser gesammelt abgeholt wird. Ich hätte mir eine bessere Info über den Lagerplatz (z.B. bei der Garage) auch für den Restmüll gewünscht. Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren mit 9 Personen angereist. Am Pool waren bei genügend vorhandenen Stühlen aber nur 8 Liegen vorhanden.
