Guests can access the entire property.
Other things to note
There is a community center, abutting a pond, including 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools and an indoor hot tub. The center also offers tennis courts and basketball grounds. The center has a designated space for special events. These amenities are available with provided guest pass access, and small administration fees.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas away from the house.
Please don’t leave cigarette buds anywhere on the property grounds, please pick them up and dispose properly.

No items should be taken out of the property or moved around the property unless expressly permitted by the host. Furniture, appliances, electronics, books, games, light, power adapters, and other items should remain where you found them, please.

There are two 62 gal outdoor trash bins provided for collecting trash – one for recycling (glass, metal, cartons, paper), another for regular trash. Please deposit all your trash there accordingly. Any trash in access of that volume per week will require an additional trash removal fee of $100.

You will be liable for any damages to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cleaning fee paid by the guest covers surface cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry service only. It does not cover collecting dishes, collecting trash around the house or moving items back to their original places. Before leaving, please take all the trash to the trash bins; collect all the dirty dishes and utensils, place them into the dish washer, and start wash cycle. Leaving trash, dirty dishes or repositioning items around the house may require additional cleaning fee.
