Located in the renowned Canazei, framed by the Pordoi Group, the Catinaccio, and the Marmolada, the Casa al Parco Deluxe apartment is located in a quiet and central position in front of the Canazei playground and next to the cinema. Ideal for summer and winter holidays, 500 meters from the Belvedere ski lifts from where you can connect to the famous Sellaronda tour and the Dolomiti Superski area with its 1220 km of slopes! Canazei is a very popular location for both summer and winter holidays. The town offers numerous bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops. Near Casa al Parco Deluxe there is the tourist office where you can collect all the informations to experience Val di Fassa at 360 degrees. Nearby there are also the ski school, ski rental, supermarket, bank, tobacco shop and pharmacy. Nature walks, bike rides, mushroom picking, famous excursions such as Piz Boè, Vièl del Pan and Contrin are just some of the activities that can be practiced in Canazei. At 10 km we find a famous spa called "QC TermeDolomiti" in Pozza di Fassa, which has an agreement with our agency for a discount on the admission price. Near the apartment there is a recently built modern swimming pool where you can relax after a day of skiing or hicking.



Casa Al Parco Deluxe also has a beautiful panoramic balcony right on the Canazei park and a view of the wonderful Dolomites of Vernel, Colac and Catinaccio. Public parking is 50 meters away.

The building of about 88 square meters has recently undergone a complete renovation, subsequently it was finely furnished with design furniture. Casa al Parco Deluxe has a spacious living room from where you can access the balcony, facing the Canazei's playground and from where you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the Colac and Vernel mountains. The apartment consists of a large and very modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and large fridge with freezer. The master bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress and a spacious wardrobe, while the other bedroom consists of two single beds, also composed of memory foam mattresses and a desk. The very spacious bathroom includes an anteroom with separate services and shower area, there is of course also a washing machine. The flooring of the apartment (excluding the bathroom) is of fine wood, for this reason we ask guests to use the ski / boot depots in the village and on the ski slopes.
The price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels, management fees.
