24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all.

Well located property with very nice views overlooking the lake.Woolworths metro is next the building as well as a cafe few restaurantsFew minutes drive to Westfield Belconnen and less than 20 minutes drive to the main attractions in Canberra Building parking is a bit of challenge when doing it the first time but the host provided videos and photos to help find the spot - watching the video in half speed and familiarising yourself with it prior to checkin helps. Once done it becomes clear

Travelled with my adult daughter and her partner. The unit was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms gave us both total privacy. Walking distance to everything we needed. Really clean, comfortable and a nice view. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Stunning Views combined with minor issues

The apartment was as described but we had issues with checking in as we had to wait for it to be cleaned and then the incorrect lock box code was provided so we had to again wait for the owner, who was very apologetic, to rectify this.In addition, it was extremely difficult to locate the allocated car space, there was only 1 lift working at the building and there was no welcome information provided. Fortunately the views were stunning!.

Getting final instructions was very poor. Parking instruction was the worst Ive experienced. Getting to the apartment from the carpark bay was long and confusing. Nice apartment but will not stay there again due to parking and lack of communication
