Hotels.Com Cancellation Policy is Meaningless
I tried to cancel a two-night stay, on the date of my first-night stay, and under the rules imposed by Hotel.com, I should have only been billed for one night of a two-night stay, but both Hotel.com and the Hotel refused to offer me a credit, even though I wanted to stay at the same hotel for two nights later that same week. They have lost my business now due to their very poor customer service.

Great location, ample of free parking and ample places to eat within a 5 mins drive. Room was great, only negative the bed too soft for my preference
