Geräumige Wohnung, bequeme Betten, sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung und ein süßer kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus. Die Toiletten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch über die zusammengewürfelten Dekoartikel lässt sich streiten, aber ansonsten alles top!Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man ist in 5-10 Minuten entweder am Meer oder im Ortskern.Der Check-in mit Interhome lief absolut reibungslos, auch eine Abreise vor den Bürozeiten war problemlos möglich.Für Austernfans übrigens sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben noch nirgends so viele frische Austernangebote gesehen wie im Hafen von Cancale!!

Völlig Ungeeignet

Das schmale alte Reihenhaus ist für max. 3 Personen geeignet. Den Müll muss man quer durch die Stadt zu einer öffentlichen Müllstation bringen, da es keine Mülltonnen gibt. Der Garten ist ca. 6 m breit und bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre. Im ganzen Haus sind Ecken an denen man sich stößt. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist nur theoretisch vorhanden. Als wir unser Auto dort abstellten machte uns die Nachbarin auf englisch klar das dies verboten sei und wir uns nicht wundern sollen wenn es Kratzer gibt.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, der Garten sehr nett, ebenso die Terrasse. Das Haus veraltet eingerichtet und vollgestopft mit Möbeln. Die Schränke in dem ersten Schlafzimmer rochen sehr muffig! Allerdings neue gute Elektrogeräte in der Küche.

Ferienhaus La Congrière

Alles in Ordnung wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Küche ist ausgezeichnet mit Geschirr und Geräten ausgestattet. Die etwas gemischten Möbel sind vermutlich Geschmacksache, uns hat es nicht gestört. Besonders die Schaukelsessel haben uns gut gefallen. Viele Wanderungen in direkter Nähe, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants sind in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Maison agréable, bien située. Quartier calme. A 15 mn environ à pied de la mer. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Literies confortables. Seul bémol : pas de container à disposition pour les ordures ménagères qu'il faut allait jeter (en voiture) près de l'église..

Interhome ist für Nachfragen weder telefonisch noch per Mail zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe klappt trotzdem, Mitarbeiter gibt aber falsche Auskünfte zum Parkplatz, der entgegen der Angaben nur unter Protest der Nachbarn zu nutzen ist. Auch die Entsorgung des Hausmülls ist vor Ort, auch entgegen der Aussage des Mitarbeiters, nicht möglich.

wir fanden ein typisch bretonisches Haus mit schönem Garten vor. Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal (manches könnte man gerne erneuern), aber alles war ausreichend vorhanden.

Maison très rustique et vieillotte au Rez de Chaussée , sombre , très encombrée de bibelots et de meubles anciens voire même vétustes Des doutes sur la propreté ( notamment des sols) A l'étage salle de bain et chambres très correctes ( propreté, literie, aménagements)

Un logis très agréable

Une petite maison meublée à l'ancienne, au calme et pleine de charme. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée en ustensiles de toutes sortes. Le jardin incite au repos et à la rêverie. Un détail: pour garer sa voiture, il est préférable de programmer le GPS sur l'allée de la Congrière ( où se trouve un vrai parking 50 m plus haut que la maison ) et non sur l'impasse du même nom. Ceci afin d'éviter des embrouilles avec les voisins.
